Minor revision is need to meet the conference paper format, such as the equation number. Many figures are also need to redraw. Text in figures should be in English only. The authors also are needed to provide better figure quality.

The paper seems to be quite good written. However, there some improvements are needed to be done:
- Please use English rather than Indonesian language, on the main text of manuscript, on the figures (such as the axis labels, etc). Avoid to use Indonesian language.
- Check the English for grammar mistakes.
- Please refer the IEEE conference paper template on how to write the equations.
- Any place that is mentioned on the paper needs to be write clearly in English caused, not the people are familiar with place, if it is written in Indonesian language.
- Fields of the table in Fig. 5 needs to be written in English, so the reader can understand.
- Literature review needs to include the currenct related works from journal and proceeding papers.
- Time zone of WIB is sound not familiar for everyone in the world.
- Need to write more on the conclusion section. Not only to put the main sentence.
- To cite the figure, write Fig. 1 rather than Figure 1. Check the entire figure.
- To write table caption use romans number. Please refer to the paper template.
