Based on the direction of reviewers and editors, we have improved this manuscript with great effort. The things that we fixed-according to the reviewer's direction-are;

1. We have reduced the number of words according to our guidelines.

2. We have completed the abstract with the aim, approach and type of research, as well as the language we have improved.

3. In the method section, we have completed the approach and type of research, reasons for choosing two universities, sampling

technique, validity and reliability of the instrument.

4. In the results section, we have improved the way of quoting in the body of the article and also in the whole of this manuscript. We have also added a discussion with references.

5. In the bibliography section, we have also improved the way of writing.

We have explained the focus of the problem on the background, and it has also been integrated with the results and discussion, as well as conclusions;

The urgency of the discussion method's accuracy in terms of gender and teaching experience has been described in the background, and we have suggested that there are theoretical and methodological reasons for the focus of the research; including a description of the position and value of the research novelty;

In the method section, we have also explained the stages or steps of the research (data and data sources, data collection methods, validity and reliability, data analysis techniques);

The results of the research have also been improved and according to the research focus; We have enriched the discussion with theoretical references and comparisons with relevant previous studies; and the last on

We have also adjusted the conclusions according to the direction in which the implications of future research (based on the results and discussion) have been included.
