A Trip with My Family
A few months ago, I and my family went to Tanjung Setia Beach to spend our holiday. It is located about 230 kilometers from capital city of Lampung.
When we arrived there, we were amazed by the great view of Tanjung Setia Beach.
The wave here was quite safe for swimming. We swam for just few moments because it was freezing and windy. We walked around the beach and noticed that there were just few people that spent their holiday here. I just realized that it was Christmas holiday, so most foreign tourists were spending their Christmas in their country.
After spending few hours in the beach, we thought that we need to get something to eat. We went to a takeaway store nearby and order some hot chips. It was quite tasty and great. Then, we rented bikes from nearby rental because we would like to ride bike down the beach. We rode the bike slowly on the hard and damp part of the sand to enjoy the panorama around.
The following day, our destination was Labuan Jakung Beach. The beach was also amazing but the waves there were so high that time, that’s why no one was brave enough to surf. So, we just enjoyed the beach view by walking around.
Finally, we went home in the third day. We were delighted for having holiday
experience there. The trip back home was quite tiring. We were so exhausted but
happy to spend our holiday in such wonderful beach.
Tangerang
Tangerang is a city located in South Jakarta and was founded on February 28, 1981. if you go to south jakarta, you have to go to tangerang. because in tangerang there are many restaurants, beautiful malls, there is a concert venue, there is even a bicycle and walking path. especially here there is a place called ICE and it stands for Indonesia Convention
Exhibition. ICE itself rents its building to anyone. sometimes there are big events like concerts, jogging together, food bazaars, and many more.
Some time ago a horse-themed place was opened located in front of vanyapark, where you can play with horses, feed the horses, there is even a cafe inside there. even many artists come from far away just to see the place because it is very interesting. even though it's close to home i never come to that place because i don't really like horses.
Even here there are two very large malls named AEON and
Q-Big, AEON itself is located beside the toll road while Q-Big is
located near the BCA bank. Aeon itself has 3 floors, the first
floor is used to sell clothes, shoes, fruit and vegetables. the
second floor is used to sell toys, electronics stores, and
expensive clothes. while on the third floor there are rides to
play such as roller coasters, arcade machines, restaurants, and
even a cinema. The mall itself closes around 10pm.
Sport
I like badminton when I was in 7th grade, I have 3 friends who are very skilled. Rifky, Fauzan, and Faja. Especially Rifky, he plays for a very famous club it is called Djarum badminton club. fauzan and faja also joined the club and they often played together at the BSD Sports Hall. Compared from me they are very skilled, but it doesn't mean I can't play badminton. When I was in grade 9, I used to take part in a badminton extracurricular, and I used to play with the three of them.
I also played basketball in grades 7 and 8, and when I was in high school, I took part in taekwondo martial arts, and took part in the tournament for the first time and won 2nd place, I didn't even know I had to fight my own seniors. and the result is because we are from the same club, the committee also gave me a gold medal. but unfortunately, because there was an outbreak of disease attacking the activities of the taekwondo club it was stopped. but I'm happy because at least I've experienced a taekwondo tournament
England
From Northumberland’s majestic wild and unspoilt coastline to the breathtaking beauty of Cornwall’s beaches, England has the most incredible shorelines you’ll ever see. It’s also home to many seaside towns bursting with charm, from the traditional delights of Whitby to the cool vibe in Brighton.
England has a bit of a bad reputation when it comes to weather, but one of the joys about the country is that is does the seasons very well. Spring is full of new life, with daffodils blooming and Easter egg hunts. In summer it’s all about eating ice cream at the beach and picnics in the
countryside. Autumn dazzles when the trees turn bright red and orange, and winter brings snow, sledging and cosy nights in front of a roaring fire.
It may be small in size, but England’s history is world-famous and celebrated across the country. Whether it’s a visit to the awe-inspiring Tower of London, a walk around the atmospheric ruins of ancient castles, exploring prehistoric Stonehenge or checking out the Victorian village of Saltaire, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
England can boast some of the best restaurants in the world, but it’s not just Michelin-star meals on the menu here. No visit would be complete without a full English (the ultimate breakfast to set you up for the day), afternoon tea (delicate trays of finger sandwiches, cakes, scones and a pot of tea) and the nation’s ultimate food – fish and chips. Even better when eaten straight from the paper.
