Fifteenth year, eighth regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
New business:
It was suggested the hall rent issue remain as it is. It was decided to have a dance social on March 9th. Additionally, it was decided that the current officers remain in service for the next year. It was also decided to leave Stiekan’s liability agreement as it is. It was approved for the Society to lend Herman Pieper 50 thaler - Wilyam Weghorst will be financially liable for him.
Henrich Wegkorst Christ Haepert and, August Wacker were elected to audit to book keeping.
Christ Nebele was accepted as candidate to the Garden Society with majority of the vote.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
