Sixty first year, eleventh regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, the minutes were approved as well as read.
The following members were reported ill: John König, one week, $4 00; Chr. Heberly, nine weeks, $36 00; Henry Losche, one week, $4 00; Julius Roombel, four weeks – total of $60 00 sick benefits paid.
When a member’s wife dies the members will not be fined [for not attending the viewing]. It was agreed that the illness committee receive its wages as usual. Additionally, the illness committee will require the names of the ill according to each committee member’s district. We agreed to collect the fine and the one-dollar charge only for one deceased member and to suspend them for the second. The trustees granted Jackob Jobber a loan of 200 00 dollars.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
