Die Versamlung des Heimats U. Vereins wurde durch den Sect Carl Brandt eröffnet da der Präsident und Vice Präsident abwesend waren wurde Wm Bekert ernannt als
Stellenvertreter. Das Protokoll der letzten Versamlung wurde angenommen wie verlesen Der Krankenbericht lautete Carl Engelking war krank vom 10 Oct bis den 17 Oct.
Dieser Bericht wurde angenommen und zur Zahlung angewiesen. Hierauf folgte den Halbjahrliche Bericht des Schatzmeisters des Finanz Sect. und der Trusties
sämmtliche Berichte wurden angenommen und zur protokolieren der Bericht lautet wie folgt

The meeting of the Heimats U. Verein was opened by the sect., Carl Brandt.
Because the president and vice president were absent, Wm. Bekert was named as
deputy. The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as read.
The sick report reported Carl Engelking was sick from 10 Oct until 17 Oct.
This report was accepted and
deferred for payment. Hereafter occurred the biannual report of the treasurer
of the finance sect., and the trustees.
Altogether the reports were accepted and sent for logging. The reports ran as follows:
