Great value and culture of Indonesian people that very popular around the world.
The highly complex conflict in Indonesia is generally extremely concerning, particularly the normative downturn. This same real dilemma is also taking place in the world of schooling. So this study aimed to reveal the moral value and instrinsic elements form the novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell relate to people from different environment by interview. The data of the research were gained through triangulation technique taken from novel, book review and interview which are analysed with desrcriptive qualitatively afterwards,and describe the condition and relation which are held and process still going. The results of the study found that certain moral values and intrinsic features include the novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell using the Social And cultural Historical Technique and the Biographical Framework.

Introduction
A work of art deals with subjective response of a person since it looks beautiful. It is never a part of human being. It is nature of human that he or she always loves what is called beautiful on nice thing. If we talk more about art , we would like to find the art could be expressed in so many ways. Therefore, we could enjoy painting, music, sculpture or literature as a product of art expression on value as works as art.
It works of art, literature is created from imaginative writing. Art which is used here, is an art in performing languages, became imaginative. Writing to interest have fun, or maybe think and feel with the readers.
Imaginative literature, something that humans probably call literature, consists of written verbal communication compositions necessary to convince narratives, dramatic scenarios and to uncover feelings and thoughts, as well as to stimulate, entertain, expand and enrich audience.
Literature is component about an art that has been written either by authors. A literature review consists of academic papers, journals and other related sources issue, field of knowledge or hypothesis and, in so doing, provides a description, summary and critical assessment of these works [1]. The human body deserves anything to interpret self thoughts, emotions, cultural practices, perspectives, creative thinking in works of literature, as well as the text which individual trying to send to others. Literature reviews are sometimes presented as full papers, and that there are research papers that focus on this genre [2]. These are the reasons why so many individuals select research as their media to express their emotions. Literature allows individuals to discover the writer's view and creativity.
This is where the role of teachers and parents becomes very important. The teacher as a facilitator must be able to provide understanding, indirect supervision, and open the door for students to ask critically about what they read even though it is not in the curriculum and lesson plan. Throughout this research, the author will focus on the novel since this book was its outcome of the work of literature the more favored by adolescents and adults. Simaibang [3] has argued that a part of fictional works of a similar height and therefore no difference among both fantasy and reality is also not completely obvious is named a novel.
Literature is divided into three categories: he prose of fiction or narrative. Fiction is in the form of prose, including novels, short stories, mythologies, parables, romance and epics.
1) In the use of words, poetry contrasts with fictional works in a much more economical way, and relies heavily on imaginary, word choice, melody and audio.
2) Drama is a part of writing; almost every work is designed to be performed by action.
In this study the writer focuses on the analysis of a novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell, novel is an imaginative work of art, which is more interesting than short story, because it has full of challenges. Therefore, it can develop our eagerness to know what the instrinsc elements and the moral values from this story.
The novel by Patricia Corwell is one of literary work with the title Black Notice , will be analyzed by the writer.
The writer chooses this novel because this literary has special point and value for women to feel survive and really make the writter curious to presenting Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell. This novel has many intrigues and it’s about crime novel because Black Notice is one of the story of American’s Crime. The Novel by Patricia Cornwell consists with 38 parts with 441 pages.
1.1 Limitation of the Research
The focus of this research is on the moral values and instrinsic elements depicted in the novel entitled Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell.
1.2 Description of issues
Depending upon this backstory, as indicated above, the issues of this research are written in the following form.:
1. What instrinsic elements are depicted in the novel entitled Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell ? 2. How are the moral values depicted in the novel entitled Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell ?
3. What theoretical implications are applied to teach the novel entitled Black Notice toward the teaching of English
?
1.3 Benefit of the Study
Based on the question at formulation of problems, the writer will will answer the question above. That it will study as follows:
1) To describe intrinsic elements in the novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell.
2) To describe moral value in the novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell.
To explain theoritically by research of moral values in the novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell from psychological and sociology approaches. Literary psychology approaches are expected to be useful for readers, especially students, teachers and lectures.
Method
The study deals with Patricia Cornwell’s novel The Black Notice. This novel illustrated that the main character keep her spirit to help her patient as her friend to find the conclude for abolish inheritable genetic modification and trans humanism as the different gender that it is very popular in the American kind of criminal. This study has three objectives of the study, namely a) the writer will find all the moral values on the main characters on the novel Black Notice , b) the writer will find intrinsic elements in the novel Black Notice and c) the writer will find out theoritically by research of moral values in the novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell.
This study will use a descriptive qualitative method. It will be supported by three kinds of sources. The novel is the first source, interview is used as the second sources, and book riview will be conducted as the third sources.
They are needed to obtain accurate data and information about the moral values in Black Notice. The study will be a descriptive survey in which Patricia Corwell's Black Notice was being used as a relational database. The author will then gather data on moral values. The classification of moral values will concern with struggle value. This deliberation is carried out in the context of responding to research problems and dealing with the inherent elements
associated with moral values. In addition, the investigator will use triangulation techniques, including novel studies, interviews and book reviews.
The researcher will use two approaches that have a correlation with the discussion that the writer going to analyze. It is one of the theories which make the writer easy to analyze the problem that will be discussed by the writer. The author uses different objectives to analyze this novel, the Social And cultural Historical Approach and the Memoir Approach. The first approach is the socio-cultural historical approach. Socio cultural historical approach is a condition of social life at hat time that give the effect for the author to wrote their story.
The general alternative is that of a biographical strategy. Biographical view of the proponents of biographical approach argue that it is necessary to understand the literary object in order to appreciate the author's ideas and personality [8]. Biographical approach refers to the text from the reference. Stated in the biography to cross check the truth of the theory in analyzing the thesis. Biographical approach is a kind of critical approach that reflects a character, that is, an esthetic knowledge, also that reader recognises the writer's awareness, and that at least the rest of the viewer's reaction is to the writer's character [9].
Analysis of data is the risk assessment, organizing, and combining of data for the purpose of formulating working hypotheses and deleting conclusions or hypotheses in the findings of the research [8]. The investigation and interpretation of the concepts is a methodology that allows the user to take into consideration the final objective of recognizing the answer to the research question and the research question suggested throughout the studies. The research and elaboration of information is a procedure which may end up taking several days to the other day. The primary data collected for this research is to be investigated with the help of a graphical technique [10].
There are also several actions that the author will use in the analysis of the data:
1. Recognizing the book with a view to analyzing the value systems novel.
2. The synopsis of Patricia Cornwell's novel Black Notice.
3. Clarifying the moral values of the interviews. interviews.
4. Detailing moral values from books.
To strengthen the validity of this study, the writer employs three different technique in the data collection technique. Those three techniques are stated as follows: 1) novel, 2) interview, 3) book review
Results and Discussions
Theory of Novel
The term book emerges from the Italian word Novella, that also indicates the little additional employees. The novel originated in the area from several aspects of storytelling non-fiction, including such letters, memoirs and historiography. However the development of social life and knowledge has made novels no longer a collection of stories based on non-fiction data, but novels can also develop from the author's experience and imagination.
Therefore, between facts and fictions, the differences are not very clear.
Abrams [4] says: Humans usually classify literature, creative literary criticism (with the exception of non-fiction writing) further into preceeding styles or courses. (1) expository fiction, (2) poetry and (3) theatrics. Those other three genres have a structure and style based on varying grades of activity, in part, on a dramatic scene.
Realistic novels are characterized as fictional efforts to give a realism effect, by representing complex characters with mixed motifs rooted in social, operated in social structures developed, interacting with many other characters and undergoing a reasonable everyday experience mode [5]. Therefore, we can say that novel is one of the fictional writing style stories of the length of the book, person typically personality and activity with certain extent of rationality. that has any kind of plot form tragic, comic, satiric, and romantic.
The book contains two components, such as the inherent and the extrinsic components, which are quite impactful in the construction of the literary works itself [3]. The book is a sort of work of literature presented in such a storyline which includes several other confrontation throughout the personal stories of both the people in the novel.
The book does have a style established either by writer thru the his characterization of the writer, his visions, his perspectives, his plotlines, his dialogs as ways of expressing the style and ethical principles. Those theories above have given some inspiration to the writer to analyze a novel as literary work. Also it give some lessons such as someone’s attitudes, social life or culture, which is implemented in the main character’s.
The concept of instrinsic elements
The hypothesis of intrinsically and extrinsically components of literary works will be included in order to demonstrate that both components might contribute to climate change of the composition o f the essay. There have
been two major issues throughout the evaluation of works of literature, first one with the use of the Extrinsic Component as well as the second the Intrinsic Component. The extrinsic component was its method in which literary works are analyzed that used appropriate theory and the content of works is linked in order to gain a better perception between both the hypothesis and the components to be used. Throughout the extrinsic component of this thesis, some point with an appropriate theory will be revealed by the use of Marxism theory, which was developed by Lukas by the statement on Marxism “Reflection of literary works it can be in reality of life”. Besides that, the Intrinsic elements are a way of analyzing the content using a systemic argument that is included in the inner elements. Takes the form of Storyline, Personality, Attempting to set, Viewpoint and last but not least Theme.
1. Theme
According to Simainbang [3] theme would be an concept to regulate the overview of a narrative. T hroughout terms of knowing the plot of the book, audiences or readers will evaluate the primary goal of the novel. It's generally taken as a basic understanding.
2. Plot
Story line has become one of the fictional elements and arranged this same series of events and activities that make up the narrative. The novelist is using this same storyline to organize the series of events. According to Simaibang [3], the plot tells everything that happens to the characters. However, each part of the story is connected by happenings or cause and their result or effect.
3. Characters
Character is among the most critical parts of fiction. Cast members were also components that can be discovered in a book. Story line and personality are inseparable, but since story line wasn't just a sequence of events that happen out of personality to delineate character. In those other sayings, if we want to understand
"what happened to him or her and how it worked out for them, then we must discover out the action of the personality in a chronology of activities.
4. Setting
Barnet et al [6] The setting is the place of the narrative. The time and location which occurs as the story line may also be developed in this chapter or even the writer.
5. View point
The viewpoint is the perception where the audience would see the parts of the story. Every prospective viewpoint does have huge benefits and correlating weaknesses.
The theory of moral worth
The moral term derives from the Latin phrase mos, the plural is mores, i.e. procedures or traditions. Behaviors are actions in obedience with the ethical compass of the social circle. Diyanni [7] makes the argument that the ethical term very often relates to both the benefits of living creatures as human beings.
Moral values cannot be removed from many other kinds of values. Each worth will have moral significance if it is included in human morality. Besides instance, truthfulness is a positive judgment, and yet honesty is blank when it is not tried to apply to many other principles such as commercial benefit. Moral values, even but they seem to rely heavily on certain beliefs, occur to be new values as the best ratings..
Conclusions
The results of the study found that certain moral values and intrinsic features include the novel Black Notice by Patricia Cornwell using the Social And cultural Historical Technique and the Biographical Framework.
