FFA TIMES reporters shed their well-pressed wool suit jackets to punch out stories on old typewriters and a few precious personal computers in the stuffy confines of the convention newsroom. Fewer than two in every 1,000 members earn the highest degree of FFA. Over 200 American Farmer Honorary Degrees have been awarded to those who have given outstanding service to youth and FFA.
