Praise the writer turning to the presence of God Almighty for all the graces and gifts that he has given, so that the writer can be fluency in working on the writing of this paper and I can finish this paper entitled Administration offices in Sub Regional and international cooperation in Narcotics National (BNN) in Jakarta.
This paper the writer arrange with a view to completing and also as one of the requirements to complete the Diploma program at the Faculty of Letters at the Christian University of Indonesia. The writer realizes that this paper is far from perfect. It is caused by lack of knowledge of the writer.
