We wish to submit an original research article entitled “OPTIMIZATION MICRO MOLDING OF A BICONCAVE STRUCTURE” for consideration by International Journal of Technology. We confirm that this work is original and has not been published elsewhere, nor is it currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
In this paper, we report show that about the micro molding manufacturing of biconcave structure part. This is significant discussed about to solve problem in the micro molding with the sharp edges.
We believe that this manuscript is appropriate for publication by International Journal of Technology because it is discussed about industrial engineering problem which is relevant with the aim and scope this journal.
In this paper discussed about the micro injection molding and the advantages of its. The objective of this study to minimize the problem appear in injection molding process especially in not uniform and sharp edge on the top of molded part. The material used in this study is PP which is uncommand used in the molding lens so this will make the reader want to know more about the phenomena will happen when we use the PP material.
