Workload: Total workload is 3 ECTS, which consists of 1.67 hours lectures, 2 hours structured activities, 2 hours independent learning, 16 week per semester, and a total 90.67 hours per semester including mid exam and final exam.

Credit Points: 2

Requirements according to the examination regulations:

Students have attendance at least 80% on Introduction to Complex Function II class and registered as examinees in the academic information system.

Recommended prerequisties

Students have taken Introduction to Complex Function I course (MAM61203) and have participated in the final exam of the course.

After completing this course the student should have

CLO1: ability to explain the concept of and determine complex functions integral as line integral

CLO2: ability to understand the relationship between analytic functions and concepts of integral.

CLO3: ability to explain and calculate power series of analytic functions CLO4: ability to explain the relationship between analytic functions and

Content: Topics:

1. Complex Functions Integral: Paths in complex regions, simple connected areas, Integral lines, independence on trajectories, Complex integral properties.

2. Cauchy’s Integral Theorem: Cauchy's Integral Theorem, annulus theorem, Cauchy's integral formula in general.

3. Series of Complex numbers: Rows and series of complex numbers, power series, convergent regions, Power series and analytic functions, Laurent series, singularity, residual theorem

D+ : 50 < Final Mark ≤ 55

D : 44 < Final Mark ≤ 50

E : 0 ≤ Final Mark ≤ 44
