2 Learning outcomes

Students are able to apply logical, critical and innovative thinking about the application of ICT in supporting the performance of public sector organizations (CPL 1)

Students are able to demonstrate independent and quality performance in an effort to understand the influence of e-government/e-governance/digital governance in

implementing good governance and improving the performance of public sector organizations (CPL 2)

Students are able to study and understand the development of e-government/e- governance/digital governance as tools in solving problems of public sector organizations (CPL 3)

Students are able to analyze the actors involved in digital governance as well as public service policies and management that are supported by the implementation of e- government/e-governance/digital governance (CPL 23)

3 Description

This course studies related to e-government/e-governance/digital governance which is developing very rapidly in the current era. Students can understand the application and use of e-government/e-governance/digital governance in public organizations, especially in supporting the improvement of the quality of public services, the quality of governance to other aspects that support the performance of public sector organizations. This course contains learning materials including the basic concepts of digital governance, the development of ICT in the public sector, the basic principles of digital government, measuring digital government to collaboration in the application of digital government.
