Dust Management: The Study of Dust and the Impact of Context on Cleaning Strategy: The. Based on these findings, a number of recommendations were made to reduce dust infiltration into TNA collections. The context of use and storage of ANT collections has influenced the methods developed to assess dust hazards and to evaluate effective ways of mitigating this hazard.
While the point at which dust accumulation becomes hazardous to assemblies has yet to be determined, it is clear that dust removal coupled with appropriate housing is necessary to minimize the risk of dust affecting assemblies.
