In the tendering phase, the Minister of Finance issues a main letter of approval for VGF support. Once a tender winner has been selected, GCA must submit the tender results to the Minister of Finance as a basis for the Minister of Finance to make the final decision on VGF support.
Unsolicited Project
Before the prequalification phase, the GCA will submit a request for the granting of initial determination of feasibility support, in accordance with the law and regulations. The New Ambon port was designed to integrate the center for the growth of the fish processing industry with the cargo consolidation of Eastern Indonesia. The development of the New Ambon Port in Central Maluku is urgently needed due to the limited land area for the development of the existing Ambon Yos Sudarso Port which borders dense settlements.
The concept of developing the port of New Ambon as a multi-purpose and fishing port, encouraging the existing Yos Sudarso port to be converted into a special tourist port. The development of Ambon New Port is expected to improve connectivity, reduce logistics costs, increase market affordability, stimulate economic growth and create a new growth center for the fish processing industry in eastern Indonesia. Construction of Merangin Dam
The Merangin Dam project is built as a multi-purpose dam that will accommodate irrigation for 12,000 ha, flood control of about 583.5 m3/sec. in the densely populated lower part of the Merangin basin, raw water supply around 2 m3/s and may also require electricity up to 90-107.5 MW. The program is expected to generate economic, social, environmental, water management and livelihood benefits for the people of Merangin Regency and Jambi Province, as well as increase food and energy security and increase economic growth in Jambi Province. The main objective of the Merangin Multipurpose Dam project is to promote the socio-economic development of Merangin Regency and Jambi Province as well as to contribute to the country's economic growth.
The Merangin Dam also improves resilience to climate change by regulating the flow of the Merangin River allowing a steady supply of fresh water, food and energy throughout the year. In addition, the proposed Merangin multi-purpose dam could produce a hydropower scheme, with an estimated annual output in the MW range. The feasibility study of the project indicates the need for government support in terms of construction.

The Kamijoro Regional Water Supply System is a provincial project in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, dedicated to the supply of drinking water (Air Minum Curah) to Bantul and Kulon Progo regencies. Pantura Regional Water Supply is planned to supply Bojonegoro Regency, Tuban Regency and Lamongan Regency. The Pantura Regional Waterworks is one of the projects listed in Presidential Decree 80 of 2019.
The Dadimuria Regional Water Supply System will cover areas in Grobogan Regency, Kudus Regency, Pati Regency and Jepara Regency. The Wosusokas Regional Water Supply System provides clean water to the population in Wonogiri Regency, Karanganyar Regency, Sukoharjo Regency and Surakarta City.
