In carrying out activities at the PPP Joint Office, members may also involve other parties under their authority, such as the Ministry of Agricultural Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency under the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and PT PII/IIGF, PT SMI, and/or LMAN under the Ministry of Finance. Below is an overview of the assessment criteria for projects to be integrated into the PPP Book, along with requirements related to environmental assessment, land acquisition and relocation, government support and government guarantee for each of the Book's planning categories. .

Important notes related to the Viability Gap Fund and Government Guarantee during the Procurement Process

In the tendering phase, the Minister of Finance issues a main letter of approval for VGF support. Once a tender winner has been selected, GCA must submit the tender results to the Minister of Finance as a basis for the Minister of Finance to make the final decision on VGF support.

Unsolicited Project

Before the prequalification phase, the GCA will submit a request for the granting of initial determination of feasibility support, in accordance with the law and regulations. Before project bidders submit their proposals, the GCA must ensure that the Guarantor has granted in-principle approval, in the form of a letter of intent based on the outcome of the Guarantor's evaluation.

The New Ambon port was designed to integrate the center for the growth of the fish processing industry with the cargo consolidation of Eastern Indonesia. The development of the New Ambon port is a strategy to stimulate an increase in economic activity in the inland area, especially in eastern Indonesia in the fishing sector and to improve logistics and national connectivity. The development of the New Ambon Port in Central Maluku is urgently needed due to the limited land area for the development of the existing Ambon Yos Sudarso Port which borders dense settlements.

The concept of developing the port of New Ambon as a multi-purpose and fishing port, encouraging the existing Yos Sudarso port to be converted into a special tourist port. The development of Ambon New Port is expected to improve connectivity, reduce logistics costs, increase market affordability, stimulate economic growth and create a new growth center for the fish processing industry in eastern Indonesia. The New Palembang Port (Tanjung Carat Terminal) is expected to play an important role in supporting the development of the Tanjung Api-api Special Economic Zone, regional development in South Sumatra Province and its surroundings, with potential natural resources such as coal, CPO , and rubber.

The toll road will connect and serve the National Activity Center (NAC) of Gresik-Bangkalan-Mojokerto-Surabaya- Sidoarjo-Lamongan (Gerbangkertosusilo) and Madiun Development Area (WP). Construction of Merangin Dam

The Merangin Dam project is built as a multi-purpose dam that will accommodate irrigation for 12,000 ha, flood control of about 583.5 m3/sec. in the densely populated lower part of the Merangin basin, raw water supply around 2 m3/s and may also require electricity up to 90-107.5 MW. The program is expected to generate economic, social, environmental, water management and livelihood benefits for the people of Merangin Regency and Jambi Province, as well as increase food and energy security and increase economic growth in Jambi Province. The main objective of the Merangin Multipurpose Dam project is to promote the socio-economic development of Merangin Regency and Jambi Province as well as to contribute to the country's economic growth.

The Merangin Dam also improves resilience to climate change by regulating the flow of the Merangin River allowing a steady supply of fresh water, food and energy throughout the year. In addition, the proposed Merangin multi-purpose dam could produce a hydropower scheme, with an estimated annual output in the MW range. The feasibility study of the project indicates the need for government support in terms of construction.

Dadimuria Regional Water Supply System

The Kamijoro Regional Water Supply System is a provincial project in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, dedicated to the supply of drinking water (Air Minum Curah) to Bantul and Kulon Progo regencies. Pantura Regional Water Supply is planned to supply Bojonegoro Regency, Tuban Regency and Lamongan Regency. The Pantura Regional Waterworks is one of the projects listed in Presidential Decree 80 of 2019.

The Dadimuria Regional Water Supply System will cover areas in Grobogan Regency, Kudus Regency, Pati Regency and Jepara Regency. The Wosusokas Regional Water Supply System provides clean water to the population in Wonogiri Regency, Karanganyar Regency, Sukoharjo Regency and Surakarta City. Note: The detailed risk coverage of the Djuanda Water Supply Project will be reviewed and consulted with IIGF.

Integrated Hazardous Waste Management System in Sumatera

This project will build a solid waste treatment facility for South Tangerang and contribute to environmentally friendly and economically efficient solid waste management. Yogyakarta Special Region Local Regulation Number 3 of 2013 Regarding Household Waste and Other Types of Household Waste Management. This project aims to develop the integrated hazardous and specific waste management facility in Sumatera area with PPP scheme.

Waste Management in Sumatera Government Contracting Agency Minister of Environment and Forestry Implementation Agency Directorate General of Solid Waste,. The development of the integrated facility for the management of hazardous and specific waste in the Sumatera area with PPP scheme aims to manage hazardous and specific waste, including storage, collection, transportation, treatment, utilization and storage, as elaborated in the Project's technical specification. The project falls under the 'Hazardous Waste Management service industry, which carries out a combination of 2 (two) or more activities, including utilization, treatment and/or disposal of the Hazardous Waste category, which requires an AMDAL.

Development of Modern Land Registry Information System

The aim of the project is to improve public services in the field of land affairs by developing a modern land information system (MLIS).
