Key management team on MAP comes from SFU who are CEO and CFO, and SBU such as Sports & Kids Division; Fasihon Division; FNB Division and Dept. Business service management section on MAP has 3 parts which are Business Process, Internal Audit, Budgeting and Planning and business service management. Here are some growth and trends facing MAP as a retail industry in Indonesia.

The method we use for this project is RACI documentation (responsible, approve, consult and inform), document the frequency of each activity and further assess the workload, also ensure the completeness of activities in the financial and accounting areas. Second, after I understand the purpose of each sheet of DOA paper, I do my next task, which is cross-checking. I have received the data from my supervisors who have consulted with SFU and SBU within the MAP group, but the data is not final.
Then I discuss it with my supervisor and then we will present it to the users by arranging a meeting with them. In fact, DOA is an improvement project where the delegation was previously not organized, so a project which is supposed to be known to the company is not clearly communicated to them. So in the meeting we explain the beneficial that they will accept from this project.
The benefit they will get especially for the flow of communication between the corporate and business unit. The last step to be done after completing the worksheet of each SBU and SFU is to sign off. In this step, my job description is making the hard copy of the worksheet and the sign-off cover.
Montage Project

My job in this process is to first summarize the four main matches and email them to all Montage PIC and Montage Head PIC. In this job I update all data every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the end of working hours. Second: Create the format of the template PO to be met by merchandising related to the PO to be sold back.
In this work, I update all data from MD every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the end of working hours. Thirdly, all GIT analysts report that it is still unresolved which department should be responsible for the goods to do the billing because there should be no outstanding GRs in the SAP program after the project is completed. In this job, before I submit it to the finance team, I do a comparison from the MD list with the SAP system data.
In this task, I email each department's assembly PIC to get information on who needs to obtain SAP access authorization from both the MAP and MAA entities. I do this work in collaboration with the IT PIC department and all the MD PICs of each SBU n sport, active, free and lifestyle unit. In this process, you should gather data from the finance and accounting team to use the data for the consulting team to perform the system migration.
Another piece of work we do, apart from collecting data from the finance and accounting team, is to do the write-off. The opt-out is the formality that the consultant performs to be informed that all the data they are migrating is the data that has been approved and known by the finance and accounting team based on amount, value and so on. First sign on from the business unit before post load and after post load.

There are many additional tasks to be done to support my project and it is a great experience to feel working under pressure and develop my time management. The supervisor will regularly check the progress of the project and ask if there is a problem or not. So I am again aware of the importance of good communication with my superior and partner.
It's an opportunity to learn from everyone around me, ask questions and impress them with my eagerness. These people may be my future colleagues or may be the connection to my first job. As part of Business Service Management department internship I handled a large service management project to help and support all users under MAP Group.
DOA" which becomes the project to support the standardization of organizational structure within MAP group, also for the project called "Montage" which becomes the project to support the regularity of each entity with MAP group having as many products as the largest retail company for middle top class products in Indonesia.From my first project I get the benefit of knowing all the organizational structure standardization within MAP group.These works are really connected with the concentration I took in my collage and I believe every knowledge and experience I get will be beneficial for my future career and as my additional skill that I never got in class.

So the purpose I want to convey to the reader who will do the program, be brave if you want to be successful. These challenges are more about understanding when you read the email and there are some words you don't understand related to the company's process. Professional does not mean giving the distance but professional in a polite manner, even they welcome you in a pleasant manner but you must have a polite ethic.
The most important thing you need when you want to mix with society is communication. There are so many ways you can do when you want to build a relationship. You should star your text with the polite writing and warm, but still honor him as your supervisor.
Develop relationship and link between employee within the company By doing the internship program in the company, you will unintentionally build the relationship and connection between them. This point will be very beneficial for you because as a business person connection or link is the most important thing when you want to become a businessman. Understand a lot of organization and activity within MAP group As an intern staff in MAP for 4 months, you will learn so much activity within MAP group.
That is why by following your internship program in MAP you not only gain experience in the field of work, but also the organisational, culture and activities within MAP. When we text and email, we usually start with the words "morning." But after I go through my internship program, I learn professional and good email in the work environment, as if we should start our email with the word "Dear...." Then you move on to the content of your writing.
In the content of writing, you should go directly with the purpose of the email, not platitude.

Students who take the internship in MAP are guaranteed to get the daily task and also involved in the meetings and company activity. Another good point of taking internship in MAP is training given by MAP Training and Development department.
