1. TUJUAN /

PURPOSE

: Agar operasional / penggunaan generator listrik di FTP Universitas Brawijaya dapat dilakukan secara tertib dan benar

So that the operation / use of electric generators at the FTP of Universitas Brawijaya can be carried out independently orderly and correct.

2. RUANG LINGKUP /

SCOPE

: Prosedur ini berlaku di FTP Universitas Brawijaya dalam operasional generator listrik

This procedure applies at the FTP of Brawijaya University in the operation of electricity generators.

3. DEFINISI / DEFINITION

: Generator Listrik adalah sebuah alat yang memproduksi energi listrik dari sumber mekanik, dengan menggunaan bahan bakar solar. Operator adalah orang yang mengoperasikan, merawat, dan membuat laporan pengunaan

6. PROSEDUR :

Person in Charge

Operator gEnerator se yang telah ditunjuk oleh Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian.

A generator operator that has been appointed by the Faculty of Agricultural Technology.

1.

Tahapan pengoperasian Generator Set

1) Mengecek solar pada tangki solar. Catat data operasional generator listrik pada tempat yang sudah di sediakan.

Check the diesel in the diesel tank. Record the operational data of the electric generator in the space provided.

2) Pasang kabel merah (+) (kutub positip aki) pada aki.

Attach the red wire (+) (positive pole of the battery) to the battery.

3) Putar kunci kontak stater pada posisi ON , tunggu lampu indikator sampai mati, kemudian putar kunci stater untuk menyalakannya.

Turn the ignition key to the ON position, wait for the indicator light to turn off, then turn the starter key to turn it on.

4) Setelah mesin menyala / bunyi Tunggu sampai mesin stabil (stasioner), dengan cara melihat volt ampere pada indicator voltase pada gardu induk generator harus menunjukkan 220V.

After the engine starts / sounds Wait until the engine is stable (stationary), by looking at the volt amperage on the voltage indicator at the generator substation it must show 220V.

5) Pensuplayan listrik generator baru bisa di lakukan dengan cara pengoperasian /

memutar handle listrik gardu induk yang memisahkan jaringan listrik PLN dengan jaringan listrik generator listrik.

The supply of new generator electricity can be done by operating / rotating the electrical handle of the substation that separates the PLN electricity network from the electricity generator electricity network.

6) Ketika listrik PLN sudah menyala (ON) lakukan pemutusan arus pada hendel listrik genset dahulu, baru lakukan pengoperan handel gardu induk yang memisahkan jaringan listrik PLN dengan jaringan listrik generator.

When the PLN electricity is turned on (ON), cut the current on the generator handle first, then do the operation of the substation handle that separates the PLN electricity network from the generator electricity network.

7) Setelah itu baru bisa mematikan mesin generator listrik dengan cara menekan tombol OFF mesin pada panel indicator generator listrik.

After that, you can turn off the electric generator engine by pressing the engine OFF button on the electric generator indicator panel.

8) Setelah itu putar kunci kontak ke posisi OFF. Dan lepas kembali kabel positif (+) merah kembalikan seperti semula. Kemudian catat data setelah pengoperasian generator listrik.

After that turn the ignition to the OFF position. And remove the positive (+) red

cable, return it as before. Then record the data after the operation of the electric

generator.

Ketika ada pemadaman lampu/listrik, menugaskan teknisi/operator sebagai PJ untuk menyalakan Genset

Menyalakan Genset dengan Putar kunci kontak stater pada posisi ON.

Setelah menyala, tunggu mesin stabil Turn on the generator by turning the ignition key to the ON position. After turning on, wait for the machine to stabilize

Operator -

putus arus PLN dg memutar handel listrik gardu induk (15 menit) cut off the electricity by turning the power handle of the substation (15 minutes)

Operator -

Setelah PLN menyala, putus arus pada handel listrik genset dg memutar handel listrik gardu induk lalu matikan G-set dengan menekan tombol Off (10 menit)

After PLN turns on, cut off the current on the generator's electric handle by turning the substation's electric handle then turn off the G-set by pressing the Off button (10 minutes)

Setelah PLN menyala, putus arus pada handel listrik genset dg memutar handel listrik gardu induk lalu matikan G-set dengan menekan tombol Off (10 menit)

After PLN turns on, cut off the current on the generator's electric handle by turning the substation's electric handle then turn off the G-set by pressing the Off button (10 minutes)
