Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Return On Equity Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Harga Saham Di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh return on equity dan net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on equity dan net profit margin terhadap harga saham PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan mengambil data laporan keuangan dari PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan terdapat 1 perusahaan perusahaan yangdijadikan sampel dengan total observasi yang berjumlah 4.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode kuantitatif asosiatif.
Data yang didapat kemudian di olah menggunakan alat bantu program aplikasi SPSS.
Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) return on equity tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, (2) net profit margin tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, (3) return on equity dan net profit margin secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.

This study entitled Analysis of the Effect of Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on Stock Prices at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the effect of return on equity and net profit margin affect the stock price of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
This study aims to examine the effect of return on equity and net profit margin on the stock price of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
The sampling technique used is to take financial statement data from PT.
Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Based on the established criteria, there are 1 company that is used as a sample with a total of 4 observations. The data analysis technique used is the associative quantitative method. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS application program tools.
The results of the research conducted show that: (1) return on equity has no positive and significant effect on stock prices, (2) net profit margin has no positive and significant effect on stock prices, (3) return on equity and net profit margin simultaneously positive and significant effect on stock prices.
