ABSTRAK

SITI AFIFAH/2017.12.4020093. Pengaruh Kontrol Diri dan Perilaku Cyberloafing Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan divisi account payable match pada PT.

Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. dibawah bimbingan Tito Siswanto.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kontrol diri dan perilaku cyberloafing secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi account payable match PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel populasi responden untuk menentukan jumlah responden maka penulis menggunakan rumus Slovin dari populasi sebanyak 105 dan dilakukan perhitungan maka sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 responden yang merupakan karyawan Divisi Account Payable Match. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif melalui riset kepustakaan dan riset lapangan. Hasil uji convergent validity dan discriminant validity pada variabel kontrol diri (X1) adalah valid, karena nilai factor loading > 0,7 dan nilai cross loading > 0,7 kemudian average variance extracted (AVE) memiliki nilai >

0,5, hasil uji reliability dinyatakan reliable karena nilai composite reliability > 0,7 dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 70. Variabel perilaku cyberloafing (X2) adalah valid, karena nilai factor loading > 0,7 dan nilai cross loading > 0,7 kemudian average variance extracted (AVE) memiliki nilai > 0,5, hasil uji reliability dinyatakan reliable karena nilai composite reliability > 0,7 dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 70. Variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah valid, karena nilai factor loading > 0,7 dan nilai cross loading > 0,7. kemudian average variance extracted (AVE) memiliki nilai > 0,5, hasil uji reliability dinyatakan reliable karena nilai composite reliability > 0,7 dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 70. Sedangkan uji fit model variabel kontrol diri (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) diperoleh nilai 0,796 dan nilai Estimate For Path Coefficient adalah 0,477. Uji fit model variabel perilaku cyberloafing (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) 0,796 dan nilai Estimate For Path Coefficient adalah 0,439. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel kontrol diri (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dan variabel perilaku cyberloafing (X2) juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

SITI AFIFAH/2017.12.4020093. The Effect of Self-Control andBehavior Cyberloafingon Employee Performance in the Account Payable Match Division at PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. under the guidance of Tito Siswanto.

This study aims to analyze self-control andbehavior cyberloafing simultaneously on employee performance in the account payable match division of PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. This study uses a sampling technique of the population of respondents to determine the number of respondents, the authors use the Slovin formula from a population of 105 and calculations are carried out, the sample used in this study is 83 respondents who are employees. Account Payable Match Division. The research design uses quantitative associative methods through library research and field research. The result of convergent validity and discriminant validity in self-control variable (X1)is valid, because the value of factor loading>0.7 and the value of cross loading> 0.7 then the average variance extracted (AVE) has a value > 0.5, thetest results are reliability declared reliable because thevalue is composite reliability > 0.7 andvalue Cronbach's Alphais > 70. behavioral variables Cyberloafing (X2)is invalid, because the value of factor loading> 0.7 andvalue> cross loading 0.7 then average variance extracted (AVE) has a value of> 0.5,of test results the reliability otherwise reliable because the values of composite reliability>0.7 and Cronbach's Alpha value > 70. Employee performance variable (Y) is valid, because the factor loading value > 0.7 and thevalue cross loading > 0.7. then average variance extracted (AVE) has a value of> 0.5,of test results the reliability otherwise reliable because thevalues> reliability of composite 0.7 andvalue>

Cronbach's Alpha 70. Whiletest the fitmodel of self-control variable (X1)on employee performance (Y ) obtained a value of 0.796 and the Estimate For Path Coefficient value is 0.477. Thetest fitmodel of thebehavior variable cyberloafing (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.796 and the Estimate For Path Coefficient value is 0.439. So it can be said that self-control variable (X1)a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and behavioral variables cyberloafing (X2)also has an effect on employee performance (Y)
