PERAN PEMERINTAH DESA TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI DESA PENUBA KECAMATAN SELAYAR KABUPATEN LINGGA TAHUN

ABSTRAK
Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak lebih pendek untuk seusianya. Adapun fenomen;a yang terjadi yaitu masih terdapatnya anak-anak stunting di desa penuba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Pemerintah Desa terhadap Pencegahan stunting di Desa Penuba Kecamatan Selayar Kabupaten Lingga, adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terkait dengan Peran Pemerintah Desa terhadap Pencegahan stunting di Desa Penuba.
Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menelaah seluruh data yang telah dikumpulkan dan didukung oleh hasil wawancara dengan pendekatan teori menurut Siagian (2000: 142-150). Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan, bahwa peran pemerintah desa penuba sangat penting dalam pencegahan stunting, dan proses yang dijalankan dalam pencegahan stunting di Desa Penuba sudah cukup baik, namun dari 5 indikator yang digunakan adalah stabilisator, innovator , modernisator, pelopor, dan pelaksana sendiri. Terdapat satu indikator yang belum maksimal yaitu modernisator.

ABSTRACT
Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition so that children are shorter for their age. The phenomenon the occurs is that there are still stunting children in the village of penuba.This study aims to find out how the role of the village government in preventing stunting in Penuba Village, Selayar District, Lingga Regency. The research method used is a descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Oxford collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interview, and documentation related to rhe role of the village government in preventing stunting in the Village of Penuba. The oxford obtained were then analyzed qualitative by examining all the oxford that had been collected and supported by the result of interviews with the theoretical approach According to siagian (2000:142-150). From the result of the study, it can been that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the penuba village government is very important in preventing stunting, and the process csrried out in preventing stunting in penuba village is quite good, but of the 5 indicators used are stabilizers, innovators, modernisators, pioneers, and the executor himself. There is one indicator of maximum, the modernisator.
