Pengertian Wewenang dan Delegrasi
Wewenang merupakan hak dan kekuasaan pemegang jabatan untuk memlilih, mengambil sikap, atau tindakan tertentu dalam melaksanakan tugas, dan mempunyai peranan sebagai penyeimbangan terhadap tanggung jawab, guna mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas.
Contoh wewenang dalam kehidupan sehari hari yaitu
1. mengerjakan tugas dirumah yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya
2. menghormati orang yang lebih tua dan menyayangi orang yang lebih mudah 3. menjaga nama baik keluarga
4. mentaati dan mematuhi peraturan yang ada dalam keluarga yang sudah menjadi kesepakatan bersama
:
Delegasi adalah memberikan wewenang formal kepada orang lain (kekuasaan sah) dan tanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan aktivitas tertentu. Pendelegasian wewenang oleh manajer kepada karyawan adalah perlu agar organisasi dapat berfungsi secara efisien, karena tidak seorang manajer pun yang dapat menyeleseikan sendiri atau melakukan supervisi menyeluruh terhadap semua hal yang terjadi dalam organisasi.
Salah satu contoh delegrasi adalah ketika manajer marketing menugaskan anggota timnya untuk melakukan kampanye periklanan. Nantinya anggota tim seperti copywriter dan desainer akan berkolaborasi untuk membuat konsep iklan yang menarik.
Adapun tujuan dari delegrasi adalah memastikan temapat kerja
berjalan dengan produktif dan berfungsi dengan baik.
1. Agar organisasi berjalan dengan baik, efisien, dan efektif
2. Memberi peluang kepada atasan dapat memusatkan perhatian kepada hal yang lebih prioritas 3. Membantu atasan mempehitungkan pengambilan
keputusan yang tepat.
4. Mendorong seluruh pihahak dalam organisasi berorientasi pada sasaran yang ingin dicapai 5. Memungkinkan bawahan berprestasi, serta sebagai bahan informasi untuk belajar dari keberhasilan atau kesalahan
