The road is one of the important infrastructures for facilitating the mobility of goods and services in order to improve the national economy, but most of the roads are damaged by the effects of the weather. Congestion has become a traffic problem in urban road segments in some major cities in Indonesia, it will have a negative impact on the driver or road users due to longer travel time. The transportation problem that causes traffic congestion in this study is a road bottleneck, where the downstream traffic capacity is less than the upstream, usually occurring at the bridge entrance and where the geometrical changes of the road such as e.g. sh. four lanes 2 lines in two lanes 2. line.

Therefore, this research attempted to map the travel time to the airport from districts in the airport. Urban commercial developments are an integral part of the urban land use that influences the trip generation and attraction pattern in the city. One of the indicators is the decrease in the number of deaths caused by traffic accidents.

One of the challenges we face in road improvements is how to identify and classify black spots with minimal accident data. The main goal of the research is to show the importance of regulatory aspects and the regulatory framework for the implementation of traditional transport. Airplane and high-speed train using Logit model Case study of Jakarta-Surabaya route.

This amount is much larger compared to the number of executive train passengers which also increased in the same period of the years. The design and quality assessment of the pervious concrete mixes based on their structural and functional performance is greatly influenced by the microstructural characteristics of the internal pore structure. Provincial level and Local roads cover almost 50% of the road network in kilometers in Sri Lanka.

They play a key role in providing access to local communities, particularly in rural areas, and are an essential component of the economic development of these areas. A micro-simulation model was developed to perform traffic impact analysis following the policy implementation. One of the sub-categories to be studied is the impact of the green campus policy in the form of a reduction in parking areas for private vehicles on the efficiency of transportation around ITENAS.

According to the location of the study, the extent of traffic problems is Penghulu Haji Hasan Mustafa Street (PHH Mustafa) and intersection in SSZ area. Network coding is the step of making a connection according to the scope of the study area, specifying the signal time (if there is a signal . intersection) and setting the priority rule at the intersection of the intersection. The university, as a small part of the city, is often a testing ground for the effectiveness of policies on sustainability issues, so that they can later be applied on a larger scale.

One of the subcategories in the Greenmetric UI is parking area reduction for private vehicles, which will further investigate its impact on transport performance around ITENAS.

Traffic Impact Assessment due Campus Concept Implementation

Green

There are eight subsections which aim to reduce the use of rivate vehicles within the campus so that the concept of sustainable transpo1tation can be applied. One of the sub-categories to be investigated is the impact of green campus policy in the form of reduction of parking spaces for private vehicles on the transport performance around ITENAS. This study aims to identify the impacts that occur due to parking space reduction for private vehicles around the university, in this case the campus of the National Institute of Technology Bandung (ITENAS).

According to the Department of Transport (2009), SSZ Area is an innovative program in the form of time-based speed zones that can be used to regulate vehicle speed in the school area. The use of traffic engineering such as traffic signs and road markings and speed limits which aim to draw the driver's attention to decreasing speed limits in the. Based on the location of the study, the extent of transpo1tation problems is Penglmlu Haji Hasan Mustafa (PHH Mustafa) Street and intersection in SSZ Area.

PHH Mustafa Street is a primary arterial road with 4/2 UD type as shown in Figure 3. Crosswalk Pedestrian Counting Survey shows that during rush hour, 295 people cross the Itenas Campus to SDN Sukasenang, while as many as 458 people cross from the opposite direction . ODOT (2011) explained that microsirnulatio1i model development using VIS SIM software can be network and conb·oJ coding, dynamic vehicle routing, speed control coding, and driving behavior model definition.

Network coding is the step of creating the connection in accordance with the extent of the study area, giving the signal time (if there is a signal intersection) and setting the priority rule at the intersection intersection. Qiao (2012) makes it clear that the two sets of behavior model have 192 parameters that can be modified in the VISSIM software. ODOT (2011) explains that the next stage is calibration which is the process used to achieve adequate model parameterization or validation by setting appropriate parameter values so that the model replicates local traffic conditions as closely as possible.

In the interpretation, there are three stages to reduce the number of passenger vehicles, namely 10% reduction in parking area, followed by 30% parking area and there should be no parking in the campus, hereafter named as shown in Table 4. Efficiency, to be measured are the average speed, the traffic light intersection and the walking speed, the location of which can be seen in Figure 9 and JO. The university, as a small part of the city, is often a testing ground for the effectiveness of policies on sustainability issues, so that they can later be applied on a wider scale.

The policy review to address the ongoing problems on campus is outlined in the Green Campus concept, for example UI Greenmeti·ic (2016). One of the subcategories in the Greenmeti·ic UI is parking area reduction for private vehicles, which will further investigate its impact on tl«inSport performance around ITENAS.
