Production Optimization of Bacteriocin by Lactic Acid Bacteria as Food Biopreservative
Metabolites of lactic acid bacteria that serve as antimicrobial compounds include organic acids (lactic acid and acetic acid), bacteriocins, hydrogen peroxide, diacetyl, CO2 and all metabolites that have antimicrobial activity (Ouwehand and Vesterlund, 2004). Bacteriocins produced by the starter culture of lactic acid bacteria have a higher sensitivity against gram-positive bacteria than gram-negative bacteria.
Current Trend for Food Safety and Halal Measures
In Malaysia, the Standards Malaysia form a Technical Committee on the food safety system and the first revision was successfully published by the Malaysian Standard (MS) in 2007. To ensure meat safety and quality, each processing line must have its food safety plan (HACCP). In Malaysia, as a requirement to obtain Halal certification, a food safety plan in the form of HACCP or GMP is a requirement.
It is therefore imperative that all meat processors equip themselves with appropriate food safety and halal measures.

The informants were asked about: (a) The type of EEB practiced by Muslims in Malaysia; (b) The transformation process of EEB experienced by Muslims in Malaysia; and (c) Whether the transformation of EEB from Muslim in Malaysia is motivated by the values espoused by Islam. N of NRO 2 (PEM), the transformation of EEB among the Muslim youth in Malaysia is visible although not widespread and occurring at a slow pace. The informants tell that the transformation of EEB from Muslim in Malaysia is not motivated by the values advocated by Islam, but by economic and social factors as well as level of education and regulation enforcement.
M from NGO 3 (GRA), agreed with Informant 8 and Informant 7 that environmental education should start at home (Figure 5).

From a social perspective, the arrival of migrant workers has caused inconvenience to the local community (NPFDB, 2000).
The general finding shows that the presence of migrant workers in the country has more negative than positive effects.

My research focuses on how the escalation of class participates as the impact of the single interpretation of religion. Second, after analyzing various complications how the description of class escalation comes to the single interpretation forced on the people, the author tries to find out the conflicts related to it, whether internal or external conflicts. Then, thirdly, the writer will try to elaborate all the fact as the beginning of conflict followed by people causing controversy through class escalation.
And finally, the author will try to find out how far the influence of the main conflict caused by class escalation increased by the individual interpretation of Islam.

Participants' views on quality learning and teaching cover several key themes, as described in the following sections. Many students in the interviews and focus groups described that quality learning is about understanding what is being taught. Several students in the interviews and focus groups also experienced high quality learning in terms of student engagement and active learning activity.

The most notable socio-cultural change in the Malay world is their belief based on tawhid or monotheism in Allah SWT. As a result of group interaction, there is a process of mutual influence which causes social change, including Malay society's belief in hysteria.
The Malay belief in hysteria is part of the knowledge of the ancestors and is transmitted to the next generations through education.
