2. Ruang lingkup dan kedalaman pembahasan:

Artikel membahas tentang retrofitting R22 menjadi R290 untuk sebuah freezer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan retrofitting R22 menjadi R290 akan memperbaiki performansi frezeer. Pembahasan belum melakukan komparasi dengan peneliti lain. Masih menyajikan data hasil eksperimen 3. Kecukupan dan kemutakhiran data/infrmasi dan metodologi:

Jumlah referensi dalam 10 tahun terakhir sebanyak 3 dari 11 artikel (27.3%). Tingkat kebaruan cukup baik. Metode penelitian dituliskan cukup lengkap. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan peralatan ukur yang akurat.

Jurnal diterbitkan oleh Elsevier. Seminar diselenggarakan oleh Consortium of Materials Science and 11th October 2018: Workshop Technology (KoSoTeM) and Materials Research Society of I ndonesio (MRS-Id), masuk dalam kategori jurnal terindeks Sgoogle Schoolar. Kualitas terbitan cukup baik dan konsisten serta dilengkapi dengan petunjuk penulisan yang jelas. Nilai similaritas artikel berdasarkan Turnitin sebesar 17%.

Abstract

R-22 has a relatively high nature of global warming, the use of R-22 must be stopped. Refrigerant r290 / R290 is the type of refrigerant recommended by many experts to replace R-22 because the global warming properties of R-290 are much lower than R-22. In this research, cooling capacity, mass flow rate, the power consumed, and COP were evaluated. The freezer machine used has a capacity of 1 PK, redesigned by adding ducting to the condenser channel.

Overall results, R290 can be a better substitute for the R22 in real applications due to excellent ambient, thermo- physical properties, and energy-saving performance. © 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Abstract

Phenomena of electrical and optical properties in porous silicon (PSi) remain interested. In this study, we focus on fabrication of PSi on N-type Si(100) surface using photolithography and reactive ion etching (RIE) methods with variations of etching times for10, 20, 30, and 40 min. SEM analysis demonstrated similar Psi in shape and size. Based on the profilometer and the four-point probe (FPP) measurement, the pore depth and the resistivity of Psi increase with the increasing etching time. The pores can be consideredas a defect on the silicon surface which inhibits electron diffusion so that the resistivity will increase.

1. Introduction

A dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC), the third generation of the solar cell, has been the competitive technology for silicon (Si) solar cell. At least five significant parts which affect the DSSC efficiency i.e., the transparent conducting oxide (TCO) such as indium tin oxide (ITO) or fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) as a photoanode, the semiconductor oxide such as TiO

2

or ZnO, the dye as photosensitizer, the catalyst as a counter electrode, and the electrolyte [1-3].

Light harvesting efficiency (LHE) is one of the main features of DSSC. Several techniques have been done to improve the LHE through the photon absorption such as modification of FTO surface using Argon plasma in a vacuum chamber [4], fabrication of TiO

2

nanorods [5] and TiO

2

nanofibers [6]. In many cases, high-performance

Abstract

The occurrence of rubber abrasion is started with a crack that occurs when maximum stress exceeds the breaking stress.

Investigation of the rubber friction using a blade indenter is presented numerically in this paper. The rubber analyzed was Filled Styrene Butadiene Rubber that is commonly used for tires. The analysis was performed to obtain the stress pattern and maximum stress location of the deformed rubber. Simulation results showed that the magnitude and location of the maximum stress were strongly influenced by the depth of indentation and contact surface roughness.

Elastomers or rubbers are used extensively because of their wide availability and low cost. Rubber is a very unique material. The unique properties of rubber are such that, it can undergo large deformations under load, sustaining large strains in engineering applications.
