Willow baby and children's establishment plan is calculated based on the need to open, and 5 years is assumed for fixed assets. When determining monthly sales projections for the Willow Baby Shop expansion project, the reference is assumed to be the use of total sales at the existing store. Based on the results of the calculation, we get that the expansion plan has a payback period of 3.25 years, with a comparative estimate that the return on investment is 5 years, we can conclude that the expansion plan is 3.25 years. Sugestion
As for the analysis of market and marketing aspects, what can be done is that it is necessary to increase promotional activities, which is to expand to tiktok, the website not only through the status of wa toko and instagram and try to leverage the services of influencers so that they are better known to the wider community. While technically and technologically it can be done, companies really need to look for employees who are skilled and experienced in photo and video editing to attract more customers with good promotional designs. From the financial aspect, based on the calculations above, the results show that this project is feasible to execute, so the company is also expected to execute this project with 100% of its own capital, because if you have a loan used, it will be riskier to reduce income and increase costs and it is necessary to take the issue seriously.

H4: Job orientation, training and career development have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of the Education Staff of Narotama University. The value of the coefficient of work orientation (X1) is 0.913, if the performance of Narotama University Educational Staff increases the work orientation (X1) will increase the performance of Narotama University Educational Staff (Y) by 0.913 units. The value of the training coefficient (X2) is -0.186, if the performance of Narotama University Educational Staff increases training (X2) will increase the performance of Narotama University Educational Staff (Y) by -0.186 units.
Based on Table 9, the value of tcount is 3.913 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, so career development has a significant effect on the performance of educational staff of Narotama University. The probability is less than 0.05, then Ha is accepted, which means that the variables of work orientation, training and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of educational staff of Narotama University. 0.000 is less than 0.05, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work orientation has a significant effect on the performance of educational staff of Narotama University.
0.042 is less than 0.05, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that training has a significant effect on the performance of educational staff of Narotama University. 0.000 is less than 0.05, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that career development has a significant effect on the performance of educational staff of Narotama University. This means that the hypothesis which states that the variables of work orientation, training and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of educational staff at Narotama University.
This shows that the hypothesis which states that work orientation, training and career development variables simultaneously have an effect on the performance of Narotama University Teaching Staff.

Analysis of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction of extension services at PT Pelabuhan. Imroatul & Octarina (2010) titled Analysis of the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at St. Hendrik & Leonard, (2012) titled Analysis of the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Elim Hospitaal Kab.
The type of research used in this study is explain research. The heteroscedasticity test will be shown by the regression coefficient of each independent variable on the absolute value of the residual (e). This means that the better the response, the higher it is. The regression coefficient for tangible (X3) of 0.114 indicates that the variable has a tangible positive effect on the customer variable.
The results of the calculations in table 6 above are obtained by the correlation coefficient or R of 0.900, this indicates that the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of pilot services is positive, which is 90.0%. The results of this study indicate that reliability has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this statement can be proved by the results of the probability value which is smaller than 0.05, namely 0 0 < 0.05, so HA is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of this study indicate that the guarantee has a significant effect on small things.
This statement can be confirmed by the test results of the probability value of more than 0.05, namely 0.039 <0.05, so HA is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The constant of 0.373 means that if the work environment and work discipline are constant, the employee's performance is 0.373. So, if the work environment is increased by 1 unit, then Employee Performance will increase by 0.303 units assuming other variables are considered constant. This means that 75.8% of employee performance variables will be influenced by the independent variables, namely Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2).
This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that it can be concluded that the employees' performance can be significantly affected by the working environment or by improving the working environment, the employees' performance will increase significantly. This means that it means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so that it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. Based on the results obtained, that the working environment (X1) Work discipline (X2) simultaneously has a significant influence on the employees' performance (Y).
So that the work environment (X1) Work discipline (X2) can be opened with an increase, it will increase the performance of employees. Based on the partial results of the t-test, it was found that the working environment (X1) had a partially significant effect on the performance of employees. Based on the results of the t test, we find that the work environment variable has the highest t value and beta coefficient.
So that the work environment variable has the strongest influence compared to other variables, the work environment variable has a dominant influence on employee performance.
