The activities carried out by the author in the practical work were the creation of invoices for shipping services via the web portal and the IGMT application, the entry of TPP (production and revenue turnover), the entry of pilot movements into the list of pilot incentives, the creation of outgoing letters via e-mail. mail management (MSE), printing receipts and ship service records via the IGMT application, filing port service records, creating cover letters, creating work review reports and payment reports, creating official notes via MSE, sending letters via the zimbra application, entering RKB plans and RKB Realization as well as KPI on the Pelindo1 website, create a convenient voice list of receipts for 2019 and sort the archive of ship service notes for MP.1/5-024 and KPC-04 and according to the ship crossing guide.
