PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KELOMPOK TANI DALAM PROGRAM DESA BERDAYA SEJAHTERA MANDIRI DI DESA REJO ASRI KECAMATAN
SEPUTIH RAMAN KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok tani, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi anggota kelompok tani, keberlanjutan usahatani padi sehat, dan pengaruh partisipasi anggota kelompok tani terhadap keberlanjutan usahatani padi sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan responden berjumlah 50 petani padi sehat. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa di desa tersebut terdapat kelompok tani yang paling aktif dan mendapatkan Program Desa Berdaya Sejahtera Mandiri serta sebagai klaster budidaya usahatani padi sehat di Kecamatan Seputih Raman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok tani dalam program Desa Berdaya Sejahtera Mandiri pada tahap perencanaan termasuk dalam kategori cukup berpartisipasi (56%
responden), pada tahap pelaksanaan termasuk dalam kategori sangat berpartisipasi (80% responden), pada tahap pengambilan manfaat termasuk dalam kategori sangat berpartisipasi (72%), dan pada tahap evaluasi termasuk dalam kategori sangat berpartisipasi (74%). Motivasi petani dan peran penyuluh pertanian berpengaruh terhadap tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok tani dalam program Desa Berdaya Sejahtera Mandiri. Keberlanjutan usahatani padi sehat dilihat dari aspek ekonomi, aspek lingkungan, dan aspek sosial termasuk dalam kategori sangat berkelanjutan. Tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok tani dalam program Desa Berdaya Sejahtera Mandiri berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usahatani padi sehat dengan nilai r-square sebesar 0,553.

PARTICIPATION OF FARMER GROUP MEMBERS IN THE INDEPENDENT PROSPEROUS VILLAGE PROGRAM IN REJO ASRI

This study aims to determine the level of participation of farmer group members, factors influencing the participation of farmer group members, the sustainability of healthy rice farming, and the influence of farmer group members' participation on the sustainability of healthy rice farming. This study used a survey method with respondents totaling 50 healthy rice farmers. The selection of the research site was carried out intentionally (purposively) with the consideration that the village has the most active farmer group and received the Independent Prosperous Empowered Village Program and as a cluster for cultivating healthy rice farming in Seputih Raman District. The results showed that the participation rate of farmer group members in the Independent Prosperous Empowered Village program at the planning stage was included in the category of sufficiently participating (56% respondents), at the implementation stage it was included in the category of highly participating (80% respondents), at the benefit stage it was included in the category of highly participating (72%), and at the evaluation stage it was included in the category of highly participating (74%). The motivation of farmers and the role of agricultural extension workers affect the level of participation of farmer group members in the program. The sustainability of healthy rice farming is seen from economic aspect, environmental aspect, and social aspect are included in the category of very sustainable. The level of participation of farmer group members in the program affects the sustainability of healthy rice farming with an r-square value of 0.553.
