On the Job Training (OJT) is a place to express students' ideas or ideas in the context of performing real activities, so this condition makes the process of understanding while in college better.
Based on the experience of on-the-job training, data entry, data processing, population data verification at Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS- Statistic Indonesia) in Bengkalis region can add new experiences to enter the work environment in the future. Every student of Bengkalis State Polytechnic must undertake on-the-job training in order to apply or implement the knowledge gained in the working world. In addition, the implementation of vocational training as one of the requirements for graduation is also to obtain a ready-to-use, skilled and agile workforce.
