Additionally, there were132 nipple-sparing, 105 skin-reducing, and 96 skin-sparing mastectomies in the ciNPT group compared to 142 nipple-sparring, 25 skin-reducing, and 167 skin-sparing mastectomies in the Control group. The incisions for the nipple- sparing mastectomies were located along the inframammary fold. Patients received either immediate or delayed expander-implant reconstruction with acellular dermal matrix support. There were 60 dual plane surgeries and 273 prepectoral surgeries in the ciNPT group compared to 305 dual plane surgeries and 29 prepectoral surgeries in the Control group.
