Variable Definition
1. Anonymous donors A donor who had no biological connection and whose identity was unknown to the recipient when starting the assessment and until the surgical date.
2. Acute cellular rejection Banff Rejection Activity Index (RAI)>=4/9
3. Cold Ischemia Time (CIT) The interval from initiation of the donor in vivo cold organ preservation to the removal of the graft from 4 °C cold storage. Calculated from the time of donor cross-clamp to time graft is taken off the cold storage.
4. Chronic Kidney Disease- Stage 2
Calculated Glomerular filtration rate <90 mL/min per 1.73 m2.
5. Graft Failure event Death or retransplantation.
6. Primary Non-Function (PNF)
Death or retransplantation within 7 days following LT in the absence of any vascular problems.
7. Patient failure event Death.
8. Warm Ischemia Time (WIT)
The interval from the removal of graft from cold storage to establishment of reperfusion of the liver graft. Calculated from time from off cold storage to unclamping on PV in the recipient.
