Comments Corrections 1. Authors should provide experimental

evidences of DIPA degradation solely with light irradiation to ensure the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst.

We have included experimental evidences on DIPA degradation solely on photocatalyst.

2. It is not clear how the authors measured DIPA concentration before and after reaction.

Instrument used to analyze DIPA concentration and COD has been stated as well as the concentration measurement.

3. Please rewrite the first sentence of the introduction. Moreover, I suggest to include recent studies on the degradation of DIPA in the

introduction.

The sentence has been revised. Recent study on DIPA has been mentioned as per suggested. We hope that these sections now give more focus to the scope of this review.

4. Parameters, such as stirring time and precipitation time during synthesis of CeO2-TiO2 should clearly stated. It is not clear how the samples were washed. The catalyst preparation without IL is missing.

Stirring and precipitation time, as well as washing method has been mentioned and elaborated.

Synthesis steps has been mentioned for photocatalyst without ionic liquid.

5. Although authors mentioned about DR-UV-Vis spectra, Fig 2 presents the UV-vis spectra. Hence, I suggest to rewrite it as UV-Vis spectra.

Changes has been made as DR-UV-Vis spectra with kubelka-Munk function plot. The spectra is from DR-UV-Vis.

6. Reaction conditions should be mentioned in Fig 5 caption.

We have included the reaction conditions to Fig 5 caption.
