Based on the preliminary research observations at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu, the researcher found the reality in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Although based on a preliminary research, one of the students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu is interviewed, but after a while, the students feel bored. This research can help students increase their achievement based on the teacher's active, successful and effective learning and teaching in the classroom.

Definition of Achievement

Based on the opinion above, it can be concluded that performance can be measured by the aspects and competencies contained in a learning field, by a process in a certain period of time. Furthermore, it is content in the form of understanding, knowledge and skills that are measured by specific test standards.

Definition of Writing

Based on the above explanation, we can define that writing is a conscious effort that allows someone to try to think something and then imagine or describe what appears in his mind into a complex word order and paragraph in a medium. Therefore, the process of success in writing is to describe the writer's thoughts through the text so that the readers feel it too.

Achievement of Writing

Based on the description above, it can be defined that the performance in writing can be measured through a person's ability to generate content/ideas, grammar, punctuation, vocabulary and sentences structured correctly. Then it becomes the ability to write, so that aspects and skills can be applied to a text through ideas or thoughts.

Writing Achievement Standard

Writing qualities - describe what students should be able to demonstrate independently in relation to six common writing qualities; content, organization, word choice, sentence structure and conventions.

Where a teacher will find many characters of students in the classroom when teaching and learning takes place. Previous Studies

In conclusion, Alamgir (2017) stated that the teacher's positive attitude has a very constructive impact on students' academic performance and contributes to effective teaching and learning process. The population in this study was the entire subject, that is, all students and two English teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu, because SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 4 Kota Bengkulu has been awarded A accreditation, one of the favorite schools at its level. For this study, the researcher used random sampling, specifically simple random sampling, which means that one sample can represent the population.

The questionnaire was used to find out the professionalism of the English language teacher of class XI MIA in the form of 25 statements with a checklist of 4 competencies. The test can be a series of questions, worksheets or the like that can be used to measure the knowledge, skills, talents and abilities of the research subject. Along with the growth and development of time, in 1987, SMA Labor STKIP Muhammadiyah changed its name to SMA Muhammadiyah 04 Bengkulu City and from it.

Based on the table above, we can see in the Kolmogorov-Smirnow column the significant value of the Y variable is 0.200, and for X is 0.200. Based on the above background, the researcher finds some information about the correlation between English teachers' proficiency and students' writing achievement at SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 4 Kota Bengkulu.

If the population is large and the researcher may not be able to find everything in the population, then the researcher can use samples taken from the population itself.57. Where the researcher in this research chose one of 11. class MIA as a test because it was based on facts; MIA is a class that has conducive learning with sufficient skills to be sampled in this study, and IPA has been learning basic descriptive text in the X grade. For English teacher, the researcher chose Teacher A because Teacher A teaches class XI, which is the subject of this research.

Generally, a questionnaire is used to find out data related to the respondent's data, opinions or other information related to the research issues.58 Based on the above explanation, the researcher used the checklist questionnaire form, which which respondents simply choose several answers. that he prepared. The researcher used the interview to assess a person's situation, for example to seek data about the students' background variables, parents, education, attention, attitudes towards something. In these instruments, the researcher interviewed the English teacher to find out the teachers' management activities in the teaching process.

In this test result, the researcher chose the worksheet because it can see the student's written achievement on the written descriptive text based on the English teacher's realized expertise. The researcher gives the students a paper worksheet and a little explanation about it with the headings "Description of a place or person". A researcher just sent a written assignment (test) online (Audacity) and invited a student, which was sent back when the students finished in JPG and JPEG format.

To analyze the collected data of each variable, the researcher used the Pearson product moment correlation in SPSS Statistics 25 to find out the correlation between English teachers' professionalism (X) and students' performance (Y) at SMA Muhammadiyah, Bengkulu City.

Situasion and Condition of the School

Then, in the classroom, students are equipped with learning facilities (blackboard, eraser), cleaning facilities (mop, rags, brooms, buckets, shovels and dustbins) and drinking utensils such as gallons and cups. In this section, the researcher presents the research results regarding the level of professionalism of English teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah 4, Bengkulu City. Based on the table above, it is known that the professionalism of English teachers in the high category is 15 respondents (47%), 5 respondents are moderate (16%) and low is 12 respondents (38%). Based on the table above, it is known that the students' achievement in the high category is 14 respondents (44%), 5 respondents are moderate (16%) and low are 13 respondents (41%).

Based on the above table, you should know that the possible f count in the above table > f table (0.494) has a significance level above 5%. So the given hypothesis is an alternative hypothesis (Ha), which is that there is a correlation between English teacher professionalism and student achievement. Thus, English teacher professionalism in student achievement was 57%, while 43% was influenced by other unstudied variables.

The results of the SPSS Statistics 25 test show that English teacher expertise is significantly related to student achievement. In teaching and learning, the professional teacher must plan before applying the curriculum properly and assess the students to achieve the learning objectives. In the classroom, the teacher is the manager of the field of study who creates plans, implements and evaluates learning.
