Sementasi Indonusa Batam with SAK ETAP. This research uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, namely a research method with a problem-solving process that is being investigated by describing or describing the condition of the research object during the research period based on the data obtained. While the data collection techniques that researchers use are decision studies, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the recognition of fixed assets based on their function following SAK ETAP and recognition based on the company's 2021 balance sheet are not following SAK ETAP. The depreciation of the company's fixed assets so far has not been following SAK ETAP because the company records depreciation only as much as the acquisition price and this value has never decreased because there is no depreciation of the assets owned. Meanwhile, the disclosure of the company's fixed assets so far is not following SAK ETAP because in the 2021 balance sheet land and buildings are recorded simultaneously. So it can be concluded that the recognition of fixed assets, depreciation of fixed assets, and disclosure of fixed assets at PT. Sementasi Indonusa Batam is not following the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP).

Pada penelitian ini, secara garis besar bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengakuan harga perolehan aset tetap, penyusutan aset tetap, dan pengungkapan aset tetap yang digunakan PT. Sementasi Indonusa Batam dengan SAK ETAP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu metode penelitian dengan proses pemecahan masalah yang sedang diselidiki dengan menjabarkan atau menggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian ketika periode penelitian berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah studi keputusan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengakuan aset tetap berdasarkan fungsinya telah sesuai dengan SAK ETAP dan pengakuan berdasarkan neraca tahun 2021 perusahaan kurang sesuai dengan SAK ETAP. Penyusutan aset tetap perusahaan selama ini kurang sesuai dengan SAK ETAP karena perusahaan mencatat penyusutan hanya sebesar harga perolehnya saja dan nilai tersebut tidak pernah berkurang karena tidak diadakannya penyusutan atas aset yang dimiliki.
Sedangkan, pengungkapan aset tetap perusahaan selama ini kurang sesuai dengan SAK ETAP kerena pada neraca tahun 2021 tanah dan bangunan dicatat secara bersamaan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengakuan aset tetap, penyusutan aset tetap, dan pengungkapan aset tetap pada PT. Sementasi Indonusa Batam kurang sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP).
