II. Bentuk Laporan Tahunan | Annual Report Form
1. Laporan Tahunan disajikan dalam bentuk dokumen cetak dan salinan dokumen elektronik. | The Annual Report is presented
in the form of printed documents as well as electronic copies of documents. V

Laporan Tahunan yang disajikan dalam bentuk dokumen cetak, dicetak pada kertas yang berwarna terang, berkualitas baik, berukuran A4, dijilid, dan dapat diperbanyak dengan kualitas yang baik. | The Annual Report is presented in hardcopy format, printed on bright colored paper of good quality, A4 size, bound, and reproducible in good quality. Ikhtisar Data Keuangan Penting memuat informasi keuangan yang disajikan dalam bentuk perbandingan selama 3 (tiga) tahun buku atau sejak memulai usahanya jika Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik tersebut menjalankan kegiatan usahanya kurang dari 3 (tiga) tahun, paling sedikit memuat: | Summary of Important Financial Data contains financial information presented in comparative form for 3(three) fiscal years or since starting their business if the Issuer or Public Company has been operating for less than three (three) years, and at the very least includes:
