Here is an explanation of the sentence structure and examples:

May I/can I help you?

The word 'Can I' or 'May I' is usually the base form of the verb in a statement. So, you can ask directly with the sentence or add an object to make it more detailed.

Would you like some help/advice/a recommendation?

You can use this offering help sentence if you want to offer help, recommendations or advice to others.

What can I do for you/him/her?

You can change the subject according to the person you are speaking to.

In addition, you can also add time information such as today, tonight, this morning, this weekend, and so on.

Are you looking for something?

Usually, this expression is used if you are offering help to find something or a certain object.

Do you need some advice/help/a recommendation?

This form of offering help can be applied in conversation if you want to give advice, recommendations and help to someone.
