In any situation when the social marketers face an inadequate funding to implement a desired plan, one tactic to consider is spreading costs over a longer period. This tactic also known as phasing that are organized (driven) by some element of the marketing plan. Elaborate any TWO (2) phases which are deemed necessary in enhancing the effectiveness of any social marketing campaign.
