एव ी. आ . ी. आ र र श िय ज येI The rates quoted shall be free of cost delivery and

installation at the Division of Plant Pathology, IARI, New Delhi – 110 012. However, equipment quoted in foreign currency must be quoted on FOB/ CIP basis.

quotation.

/Pay Order/Fixed Deposit Receipt/Bank Guarantee from commercial bank drawn in favour of Director, IARI payable at New Delhi. The original EMD should be submitted to the Tender Inviting Authority on or before the last date and time of offline bid submission. The details of D.D./Pay Order/Fixed Deposit Receipt/Bank Guarantee physically sent, should tally with the details available in the scan copy and the data enter during the bid submission time otherwise the uploaded bid will be rejected.

If exemption for EMD is solicited then submit the valid exemption certificate issued from MSME/NSIC.

7. इ द्व र न व त ि ो बय र लश एव क ी ी प्र र ी रि जर् र लश र ब्य ज ह य ज येग I No interest on security deposit and earnest money deposit shall be paid by the Institute to tenderer.

8. न व प्रकक्रय ूर हो े े श्च त् फ न व त िओ ो उ े द्व र जर् ी ग बय र लश व र ज एगी I फ न व त ि े र् र् े र्ें यह र लश न यर्तः रि जर् े रू र्ें र् योष्जत ी ज ती

है जो ी आ ूनति आ ेश र लश ी 5-10% (जै न िररत क य ज येग ) होगी त यह र लश डडर् डड्र फ्र्/

गत आ ेश/ लर्य जर् र ी / बैं ग र र् जो ी क ी ी र ठर य त बैं द्व र ज र ी ग हो ऐव न ेश , . . . , े र् र ेय होगी I रि जर् र लश ी वै त व रेंर् ी वध े श्च त ् ी र् े र् 60 ों त वै हो ी च हये I The EMD shall be refunded adjusted towards security deposit which is 5-10% of the order value in the form of D.D./Pay Order/Fixed Deposit Receipt/Bank Guarantee from commercial bank drawn in favour of Director, IARI payable at New Delhi and shall remain valid for 60 days beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligation of supplier including warranty obligation for the equipment/goods.

र् हत न व र् य होगी IOne year warranty has to be invariable provided by the firm. In case, there is any variation in the warranty period given in the specification of the item/equipment, the warranty period shall be the final as given in the specification.

10. आ ूनति व यि े ूणि हो े र आ ूनति त ि द्व र pre-receipted आ र र बीज (ती प्रनतयों) र्ें गत हेत जर् रव य ज एग ष्ज गत - ेर्ेंर् े आ र र क य ज येग I Payment will be made by mode of e-payment to the supplier/firm after satisfactory completion of work and receipt of pre- receipt bills triplicate

12. न व र्ें लशित न यर्ों एव शतों र् े व न व ओ ो न र त र य ज येग IQuotations not complying with the above conditions are liable to be rejected.

13. PAN/GST/फर्ि रष्ज रेश / ेबर इ ें े ऑ इ र् गी ज े व े त वेज आवश्य रू े ग् क ये ज यें IScanned copy of TIN/VAT/PAN/C.S.T. Nos may be attached with the bid.

14. क ी ब र्ें वव ी ष् नत र्ें न र् र रतीय ू और य य य, े ी होग I धचव, रतीय रर द् द्व र ए र् ि र्ध्य न य क्त क य गय है, ष्ज न णिय ो ों

र्ियों र नतर् र् ज येग I In case, any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian laws & Court at New Delhi. Sole arbitrator is appointed by the Secretary, ICAR, New Delhi. His decision will be final and binding on both parties (Supplier and Purchaser).

15. फ बो त ो ौं े गए यि ो न िररत आ ूनति आ ेश र यि र होग /र् ी आ ूनति र ी होगी य र् े र् 2% त ध तर् 10% ी िनत न ठि र्ौती े रू र्ें बीज े र् ज एगी

I The successful bidder has to execute the indented Job/Work as mentioned in the supply order placed with them within the stipulated period as given in the supply order placed by this office failing which 2% per week and maximum of 10% deduction as liquidated damage charges will be made from the bill in case the job is not completed within the given stipulated period.

50 इ र् ेश व प्र तत हो च हये ष्ज प्रर् ण- ि ग् क य ज च हये I Firms should have minimum installation of the unit of 50 in India during last 5 years. Users list along with

performance certificate of the major users should be enclosed with the technical bid.

17. The following documents must be furnished with the technical bid failing which tender will not be accepted at all.

1. GST/Registration certificate/ISO Certification etc.

2. Pan Card.

3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only)

4. Literature/pamphlet/drawing etc. along-with user list

5. Technical specification of equipment/item along-with compliance statement in accordance with the tender technical specification.

6. The tender documents duly signed by the concerned firm accepting the same should be attached with technical bid.

Technical Specification for Plant Growth Chamber

1. The unit should be floor stand model and total internal volume should be >800 litres.

2. The equipment exterior body should be made of galvanized steel with corrosion protective epoxy powder coating and interior should be of stainless steel with minimum SS 304 grade.

3. Instrument should have Microprocessor PID controller with touch screen based interface.

4. Should have multistep (6-8 steps) programmable light panel that can control 0-20,000 Lux via white LED lights.

5. Temperature range: 05-45ºC with control accuracy of 0.1ºC.

6. Relative humidity range: 30-98% with control accuracy 1%.

7. Should be fitted with latest version of ultra-sonic humidifier with all essential accessories.

8. Should automatically detect any malfunctioning and make warning alarm.

9. Should have adjustable sliding rack and water level sensor.

10. The system should be quoted with 3 years comprehensive service and spare parts warranty at free of cost.

11. Instrument should be certified by GMP/CE/ISO.

12. The firm should have minimum installation of the unit of 50 in India during last 5 years. User list along with performance certificate of major users may be enclosed with the technical bid.
