Admission to M Phil-Ph D in Management Studies/Tourism Studies
The lists of candidates provisionally shortlisted for Presentation and Interview for admission to M. Phil-Ph. D Programme in Management and Tourism Studies in this university are available on the University website: www.cukashmir.ac.in.
The lists of candidates shortlisted are purely provisional, subject to the candidates’ being otherwise eligible strictly as per the original Admission Notification issued on 14/03/2016. Presentation and Interview of shortlisted candidates are scheduled to be held at School of Business Studies at Nowgam Campus - I of the University, near Railway Bridge, Pohru crossing, Nowgam Bypass, Srinagar, as per following programme (10 AM onwards):
Management Studies:
NET/JRF/M. Phil candidates : Jan. 15, 2017 Candidates shortlisted on the basis of CUCET Score : Jan. 16, 2017
Tourism Studies: All shortlisted candidates : Jan. 17, 2017
Candidates must bring with them the copies of following documents along with their originals:
1. PG Marks/ Grade Card
2. NET/ JRF/ M Phil/ CUCET Score Card 3. Reserve Category Certificate, if applicable
Final selection of the candidates would be based on the following criteria:
Merit at PG Level : 50%
Presentation on proposed research topic : 30%
Personal Interview : 20%
Candidates are, in their own interest, advised to get in touch with the Departments concerned for guidance in the formulation of research proposals etc. before presentations.
