ADMISSION TO M PHIL-PH D IN MANAGEMENT AND TOURISM STUDIES
The lists of candidates who have applied for admission to M Phil-Ph D Programme in Management and Tourism Studies in this university are available on the University website: www.cukashmir.ac.in, along with the lists of candidates shortlisted for Presentations and Interview. Presentations &
Interviews of the shortlisted candidates (subject to their being otherwise eligible) are scheduled to be held at School of Business Studies at Nowgam Campus I of the University as per following programme (10 AM onwards):
Tourism Studies: All shortlisted candidates : Nov 26, 2015
Management Studies:
NET/JRF/ M Phil candidates : Nov 27, 2015 Candidates shortlisted on the basis of CUCET Score : Nov 28, 2015
Candidates should bring with them the copies of following documents along with their originals:
1. PG Marks/ Grade Card
2. NET/ JRF/ M Phil/ CUCET Score Card 3. Reserve Category Certificate, if applicable
Final selection of the candidates would be based on the following criteria:
Merit at PG Level : 50%
Presentation on proposed research : 30%
Personal Interview : 20%
Candidates, in their own interest, are encouraged to get in touch with the Departments concerned for guidance in formulation of research proposals etc before presentations.
NOTE: In case any candidate, who has applied in time and is otherwise eligible, does not figure in the list, he/she should report the office of undersigned with documentary evidence by Nov, 23rd 2015. Besides those students, whose cases are pending in the administration for verification/redressal of their complaints, shall be placed at appropriate place in the merit list during the redressal process through issuance of supplementary list.
