Applications are invited for one position of Junior Research Fellow (Fellowship as per DBT guidelines) and one Laboratory Assistant (Fixed 21000/- PM) in DBT project titled
“Molecular analysis of emerging carbapenem hydrolysing class D beta lactamases (CHDLs) in Gram negative bacteria and their control using anti plasmid compounds”
funded by DBT, Government of India for a period of three years. The post is purely temporary and coterminous with the project. The candidate for JRF should be M.Sc. in Microbiology. Candidate having Knowledge of Microbiological and molecular biological techniques in relation to antibiotic resistance will be preferred. The candidate for Laboratory Assistant should be B.Sc. in Microbiology (M.Sc. Microbiology is desirable) and having experience in handling instruments in Microbiology Laboratory will be preferred.
Applicants may walk in for the interview on 11.10.2018 in the department of Microbiology at at 2 PM with bio-data and supporting documents in original. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
