I. M/s. Community health Centre, Naravaripalli, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh has applied for CFO, & BMWA of the Board for 30 beds.

II. The details of the hospital as reported by the EE, RO, Tirupati through inspection report dated 29.06.2019 are as follows:

6. ETP Details & Mode of Disposal: The HCE is disposing domestic effluents into septic tank followed by soak pit. However, Industry vide letter dated 22.04.2019 Committed to construct STP for treatment of waste water within one year this may be examined..

Fee Details : The HCE has paid an amount of Rs.6600/- vide DD No 610173, Dt.25.04.2019 under Orange Hazardous Category for a period of 1 year i.e., from 2019 to 30.11.2020 (CFO fee for a period of 1 year on the investment of Rs.1.43 Crores is Rs.3,600/- + Biomedical fee for a period of 1 year for 30 beds fresh is Rs.3,000/-). But actual CFE, CFO & BMW fee arrears to be paid by the hospital is Rs.54,100/- for a period up to 30.11.2020. As per Board Circular Memo APPCB/HO/Unit4/BMW/2019, Dt.29.03.

2019 it was directed to process the applications of HCFs of APVVP duly collecting the fee for the current year i.e., from April 2019 to March 2020. The balance amount to be paid from 2010 onwards shall be calculated by RO and submit consolidated statement to the head office for taking up the matter with the Government. Issuance of CFO to the HCE may be examined.

10. Inspection Officer’s Remarks:

1. M/s. Community health Centre, Naravaripalli, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh has not obtained BMW authorization from the Board. Now M/s. Community health Centre, Naravaripalli, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh has applied for CFO fresh & BMW renewal authorization for 30 beds through offline.

2. 3. This HCE is operating 30 MA X-Ray, ECG, Causality, Out Patient Department, Inpatient Wards, Operation theatre-4, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, Administration and Post Mortem Shed.

4. Presently, the HCE is disposing domestic effluents into septic tank followed by soak pit.

However, Industry vide letter dated 22.04.2019 Committed to construct STP for treatment of waste water within one year. This may be examined.

5. The HCE has entered an agreement with M/s AWM Consultancy Pvt Ltd. for Treating the Biomedical Waste generated from the HCE.

Hence the issuance CFO (Fresh) & BMW Authorization may be examined up to 30.11.2020.

11. Regional Office Remarks:

Issue of CFO (Fresh) & BMW Authorization of the Board may be examined to this unit up to 30.11.2020 duly stipulating necessary conditions.

12. Zonal Office Remarks:

The time allotted (SLA) was not displayed in CM dash Board. Hence, the CFO was issued to the industry on 10.07.2019 with a validity period upto 31.03.2020.

The issue is placed before the CFO Committee for ratification..
