The Hon'ble Governor, Telangana is conducting an essay writing competition as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations for youth and university students aged between 18-30 years to project their innovative, exciting, novel ideas and imaginative skills on the following topic
The topic of the Essay:
“India @ centenary year of Independence-My vision”
The aims of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav essay competition are:
· To project their dream of India at 100 year of Independence.th
· provide an excellent platform to bring out the creativity, innovation & imagination among the youth and university students;
· To provide a competitive environment across all state youth and university students to present their views and ideas;
· To enrich the writing skills and thought provoking in the fertile minds of young people;
Guidelines:
a. All youth and college students of State Universities in Telangana between the age group of 18-30 years are eligible to participate.
b. The essays / articles can be written in four languages i.e., English / Hindi / Telugu / Urdu languages.
c. The best 75 essays will be selected and the candidates will be felicitated at Raj Bhavan on 15.08.2022.

e. The length of Article should not be more than 3000 words with an abstract of 250 words and shall be submitted in both MS Word & PDF formats.
f. The papers will be evaluated based on their novelty of contribution, originality of thought, and the ability to stimulate interest.

h. They shall give a declaration that the essay is their own work, based on their personal study and/or research and that they have acknowledged all material and sources used in its preparation, whether they be books, articles, reports, lecture notes, and any other kind of document, electronic or personal communication. They shall also certify that they have not copied in part or whole or otherwise plagiarised the work of other students and/or persons.
