Key Result Areas:

 Will be responsible and accountable for sales & technical of Admixture, Value added business and waterproofing.

 To provide technical support for clients to facilitate the concrete sales whenever required.

 Influencing customer on the technical performance of the company product and hence helping to convert the business into sales.

 Attend and conduct trials and to develop relevant products.

 Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

 Carry out competitor product benchmarking Vs. assess performance of Chryso Product.

 Cost effective product formulation.

 Liaise and attend meetings and trials with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development and function as a technical representative of the company.

 Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys

 Maintain pricing parameters and margin control

 Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Educational Qualifications BE/BTech. In Civil

Minimum years of experience Minimum: 0 - 1 years of Experience.

Nature of experience  Having decent know - how on concrete related chemistry.

 Good hand-on on computer like Excel / Word & Power Point.

Specific skills / Personal attributes Good in communication, Confident, Self- Motivated, Analytical abilities, Energetic &

Proactive & good in interpersonal skills.
