Selection Process:

1. Pre-placement discussion and Group Interaction and HR interview in Campus/Virtual.

2. Selected candidates will be issued a conditional offer letter.

3. Selected candidates will undergo 4 to 6 weeks of training -Communication and Technology Training. There is no training cost for the students.

4. Candidates on successfully clearing the client selection process by obtaining Grade B2 in Versant English test and on clearing the project based technical evaluation will be deployed with HCL.

5. Candidates will be deployed with HCL under the payroll of VDart initially and based on performance will be converted to FTE of HCL.

Job Description:

Administering and Managing technology information and data for various operations like Server Management, Storage Management, Monitoring of Workstations and Network Devices, Application Support, IT Security Management, vendor-specific Data Centers, and Cloud Infrastructure.
