Note:
1. The students should collect authority letter for admission from the Office of the Dean, School of Legal Studies before proceeding for submission of admission form (both online and offline).
2. The admission authority letter should be uploaded along with other required documents.
3. The fee details are available on the online form.
4. No student shall claim admission as a matter of right merely because he/she figures in the provisional selection list when at any stage it is discovered that he/she was not otherwise eligible or his/her name figured due to oversight or some bona-fide mistake.
5. Only those students who have completed their qualifying degrees by or before the last date of admission are eligible.
6. The students are required to complete their admission formalities online through already allotted CUKAT login ID and password till 3rdNov, 2021.
7. The students are also required to submit physical copies of the following documents along with the admission form in the Department of Law till 8thNov, 2021.
i. Marks sheet of the qualifying examination.
ii. Reserved category certificate, (if any)
iii. Domicile certificate for students selected against supernumerary seat reserved for District Ganderbal.
8. In case the student fails to complete the admission formalities within given time he/she shall forfeit right to admission and the resultant vacancy/s shall be offered to the student next in the order of the merit.
9. The Students falling in waiting list shall explore the possibility of admission against the vacant seat/s if any in order of the merit on 9thNov, 2021.
