DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS-ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES2017-2018
1. The formal inauguration of Physics association was held on 25th November 2017 by Dr. Bindhu Krishna, Asst.Professor of Sree Kerala Varma college, Thrissur.
2.A Seminar was conducted on the topic “ Fiber optic sensors” by Dr. Bindhu Krishna on the same day.
3.A stamp designing competition was arranged for students in connection with second death anniversary of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on 27 th July 2017.
4. In connection with Space week, a power point presentation competition was conducted on 10th October 2017.
5.In connection with Energy Conservation Day celebration, on 14th December 2017, students of Department of Physics spread awareness to the public by conducting a rally in collaboration with Karuna Foundation, Guruvayur and distributed handbooks including tips for energy conservation to the other departments.
