Association Activities – Department of Computer Application
I Academic Activities
1. In connection with environmental day the students of BCA department organize an exhibition of E-waste management posters.
2. Department of B.C.A organized a pre recruitment training programme of TCS named IGNITE on 18th June 2018 in association with computer science department.
3. Association Inauguration:-The activities of B.C.A Association for the year 2018-19 were formally inaugurated by Mr.SUJITH. E. S Team Lead & Senior Associate of Projects at Cognizant Technologies, Infopark on 10th August 2018. In connection with association inauguration he delivered a talk on
“Industry life: Expectations and Realities"
4. Carrier orientation program for Second and Third Year BCA students By Jomy John On 30th October 2018.
5. In connection with computer literacy week Department of Computer Science and Applications together organized interdepartmental power point competition for the students.
6. Dept. of Computer Science has organized a state level seminar τεχνικος’19 on “ Evolving developments in Internet of Things(IoT) by Dept of Computer Science and Applications in collaboration with CSCTA at Little Flower College, Guruvayoor on 31st January 2019.
Inaugurated by Sri Rajesh M ,Scientist from National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology Calicut.

7. On 12 th March 2019, the dept.of BCA in collaboration with dept.of computer science conducted a recruitment drive of STROKX Technologies,kadavanthra at our campus.
II Extension Activities
1. In connection with Environmental Day Celebration, on 5th June 2018 Dept of BCA &Computer Science jointly organized a Poster Exhibition on E-waste Management.
