Final Admission Notification to B.Sc. (Food Processing and Technology) Honours Program On

31-08-2021 Time: 10:30 AM onwards

No. : 827/FPT/2021 Date: 28-08-2021 A final admission process of above program against the few vacant seats under different categories will be held on 31-08-2021 from 10:30 AM. Students who have applied for above program on or before last date through university admission portal and not taken admission till 28-08-2021 may report in the department in between 10:30 Am to 1:30 PM. Students must also note the following:

1. The detail of the admission process will be as follow:

i. Registration Time: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Registration is not allowed at any circumstances after 1:30 PM).

ii. Publication of Merit list of registered students: 2:30 PM

iii. Document verification, Fee payment and admission: 2:30 Pm onwards

2. Students must bring following documents in original with one set of Xerox copy (Self attested) in the following order:

i. Filled application form (Attached along with this notification) ii. 10th Marksheet.

iii. 12th Marksheet.

iv. Migration certificate (If applicable)

v. Transfer and Character certificates (Compulsory without which admission is not permissible) vi. Gap certificate (If passed H.Sc. Examination before 2020-21 academic session)

vii. Valid Caste certificate (If applicable) in case of ST/SC

viii. Non-creamy layer certificate (For seeking admission under OBC category as per C.G. Govt. rules). The certificate should be issued not more than 6 months as on the date of admission.

ix. As a part of First semester Fee of Rs. 18300=00 to be paid through online mode only. Fee must be paid on the day of reporting for admission (Partial fee payment is not permitted).

x. Certificates related to NCC/NSS/Scouts/ Sports etc.

xi. Certificate of DA/PH (If applicable) xii. Any other certificate you want to produce.

3. Students must note that this is an honours program, in which they have to study all courses (Subject) related to Food Processing and Technology only.

4. Admission in the program B.Sc. (FPT) Hon's is subject to full-fill minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned in university website.

5. Merit list has been prepared on the basis of marks and other details provided by the students at the time of online registration, which may be changed after verification of original documents of the students at the time of admission process.

6. The admission will be based on merit list published and as per reservation policy of C.G. govt. Any seat remains vacant under reserve category will be filled as per conversion rule of C.G. state govt. on 31-08-2021. Also reservation policy of DA/PH and freedom fighter will be applicable as per C.G. govt. rules.

7. Mere admission is not only on the basis of merit list published. It is subject to verification of all original documents and eligibility criteria as mentioned in the university portal.

8. Due to COVID-19 it is advised to follow the guidelines of state/Central government released from time to time. Students must maintain social distancing and must wear mask while reporting in the department for admission process.

9. All information will be provided through university website only, so students must keep in touch with university website.

10. Total percentages exceeded 100 % (if any) is due to weightage opted by the student under sport/NCC/NSS/SCOUT etc. as per C.G. Government rule.
