Dibrugarh University celebrated the nation's 76th Independence Day on August 15, 2022 with much fanfare. The Chief Minister's Institutional Plantation Program was conducted at Dibrugarh University on the occasion of India's 76th Independence Day.

The NSS PG Unit of Dibrugarh University celebrated the International Day of Peace on 21st September 2022 at Bishnu Prasad Rabha Rangamancha.
