Reservation of seats for the candidates coming from families of Agriculturist cum Rural Area (Farmers’ Quota):
➢ Forty per cent (40%) of the seats in the PJTSAU & SKLTSHU and 25% in PVNRTVU are reserved for candidates coming from families of Agriculturists (Farmers) owning not less than ONE acre of land either in the name of the parents or in the name of the candidates and who have studied for a minimum of 4 years in schools located in Non-Municipal areas.
➢ If the land is owned by grandfather, grandmother or guardian or any other relations reservation is not acceptable under farmer quota.
➢ FORM-I: It is a proforma to be certified by the Head Master of the School with his office seal that the candidate has studied for a minimum period of four years in schools located in Non-Municipal areas during their period of study from 1st class to 12th class / Intermediate (Non-Municipal Area Certificate).
➢ FORM-II: It is a proforma indicating the patta numbers and extent of land owned by the candidate / parents duly certified by the Tahsildar with his office seal (or) the candidate has to upload attested photocopies of pattadar pass book as an evidence of the extent of agricultural land.
➢ Form-I and Form-II need to be filled in with the signatures of concerned officials viz., concerned Head of Institution and Tahsildar, respectively, along with office seal. Otherwise, the claim of the candidates under this category will be summarily rejected.
Original certificates to be produced at the time of counselling:
a) Online Application Form.
b) SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate, showing the evidence of the Date of Birth.
c) Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate (10+2) or its Equivalent Examination).
d) Telangana State EAMCET-2021 Rank Card.
e) Bonafide / Study Certificate from 6th to 12th Class.
f) Non-Municipal Area Study Certificate (ANNEXURE-I) (At least four years of the study period before the qualifying examination), if applicable.
g) Agricultural Land Holding Certificate (ANNEXURE-II) (At least one acre farm land), if applicable.
h) The latest certified copy of the EWS Certificate issued for the year 2021-22 dated in between 01-01-2021 to 20-10-2021 by the competent authority from Telangana State in case of applicants belonging to EWS.
i) Four latest passport size photographs of the student.
j) If the candidate has joined in any of the college of PJTSAU, PVNRTVU & SKLTSHU during the previous phases of allotment he/she has to submit the following documents:
i. Copy of Admission letter.
ii. Custodian certificate of the institute joined.
iii. Fee receipt of the respective college.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: -
➢ All the applicants under Open Competition (OC) category who are having EWS certificate valid for the year 2021-22 dated issued
between 01-01-2021 to 20-10-2021
are only eligible for attending the counselling.➢ The parents and candidates should visit the University website www.pjtsau.edu.in regularly during the counselling dates for updates and the availability of seats under various categories.
➢ During the sliding process opted by the candidates from one college to another college or one course and another course a few seats may arise in the categories which are not mentioned in the seat availability position.
➢ All the candidates are informed to visit the website(www.pjtsau.edu.in) for seat availability position before attending the counselling, which will be updated regularly.
➢ Vacancies if any arise, even on the date of the counselling also will be considered for admission process.
➢ The following candidates are eligible for this phase of counselling:
• Who secured a seat in earlier phase of online counseling and wish to move to some other colleges as per their priorities.
• Candidates who participated in earlier phase of online counseling and could not secure a seat.
• Candidates who did not participate in the earlier phase.
• Candidates who were allotted a seat but didn’t report/pay the fee at the college.
• A candidate allotted a seat in earlier phase but cancelled his/her admission.
➢ For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local 15%) quota, any candidate from Telangana / Andhra Pradesh / Un-Reserved with TS EAMCET-2021 Rank can compete on the basis of merit and rule of reservation.
➢ This notification shall be treated as an individual intimation and no separate intimation will be issued
➢ The candidates need to attend the counselling on the scheduled day as per the ranks indicated above.
➢ The candidates are informed that the duration of B.V.Sc. & A.H. course is of 5 ½ years as per the recent regulations of Veterinary Council of India, New Delhi. The pattern of education for B.V.Sc. & A.H.
course shall be on annual system basis.
➢ The candidates are required to produce all the relevant original certificates at the time of counselling failing which the candidature for admission will be rejected.
➢ The selected candidates will have to pay the requisite fees inclusive of deposits immediately failing which the seat will stand cancelled.

➢ The hostel and mess charges are additional/extra.
➢ Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability.
➢ If the admitted candidate cancels his/her seat before the closure of admissions for the Academic Year 2021-22 an amount of Rs.1,000/- shall be collected as processing fee. The remaining fees already paid during admission shall be refunded.
➢ If the admitted candidate cancels his/her seat after closure of admissions process for the AY 2021- 22 the candidate forfeits the fees already paid (except the caution deposits) and in addition, he/she has to pay an amount of Rs. 1,000/- towards processing fee.
➢ After closure of admissions process for the AY 2021-22 the candidate forfeits the fees already paid and in addition he/she has to pay cancellation fees as per the norms of the respective Universities (indicated in the fees structure).
➢ Selection of candidates under EWS quota is subject to clearance of the respective Directorates of Government of Telangana.
➢ The guidelines issued by Government of Telangana from time to time shall be followed scrupulously.
➢ Candidates called for counselling will have to attend at their own cost and only one parent / guardian of the candidate will be allowed to accompany the candidate during the counselling process.
➢ The Universities do not guarantee any employment to the candidates joining the courses.
➢ Candidates are required to read the prospectus thoroughly before attending the counselling.
➢ The counseling process is likely to extend late into the evening; hence the candidates and parents/
guardians are requested to come well prepared for the same.
➢ More number of candidates than the availability of seats are called for counseling and hence, mere attendance / participation during counselling does not guarantee admission.
➢ Candidates should report at the counselling center one hour before the scheduled time.
➢ Out of total seats 36% in B.F.Sc. UG programme (i.e.,12 seats) offered by Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU), Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh are earmarked for Telangana State. The admission is based on the Rank obtained in TS EAMCET-2021. The candidates selected under these seats will be required to study at College of Fishery Science, Muthukur, Nellore Dist. under the control of SVVU.
The fee structure as prescribed by SVVU is approximately Rs. 37,000/-.
➢ A candidate for admission under general category to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course, must have passed in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology and obtained 50% of marks at the intermediate level in each subject.
➢ Sliding and shifting from one course to another course and one college to another college will be done based on the merit and rule of reservation and availability of seats.
➢ In the event of sliding from one course to another course and one college to another college the candidates need to pay the differential amounts of fees as per the fee structure of the respective Universities.
➢ In case, the information furnished or the certificates uploaded by the candidates are found to be false, the University will take appropriate action against the individuals concerned.
➢ The University is not responsible for any information provided in websites other than at www.pjtsau.edu.in.
➢ Parents and Students are informed that the admissions are purely based on merit and guidelines of the University and as such they are requested not to rely on any middlemen/persons/consultants who try to mislead the students in securing admission into PJTSAU under any quota. All the seats will be filled by the University only through combined counselling.
