The council meet decided to conduct the following activities from the IIC Calendar 4.0 for the quarter 1 in the council meet on 05.11.2021
1. My Story - Motivational Session by Successful Innovators

3. Session on Problem Solving and Ideation Workshop
The council decided to organise a Speech competition in connection with National Education Day, 11 November 2021 on the topic “Impact of National Education Policy on youth development” in online mode.
National Education Day Celebration (11 November 2021)
As a part of National Education Day Celebration, Little Flower Incubation cell of Little Flower College, Guruvayoor conducted a Speech competition on 11 November 2021 on the topic “Impact of National Education Policy on youth development” in online mode. 20 students participated in the speech competition.

National webinar on "Own your Story - How to kickstart your journey as a successful womanpreneur" organised by Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) on 27 November 2021 at 10.00 am -12.00. Mr. Vinay Pushpakaran (Marketing consultant & Business
Strategist) was the resource person for the webinar. 7 Faculty members and 80 students participated in the session.

POSETR MAKING COMPETITION
IN CONNECTION WITH NATIONAL POLLUTION DAY _02.12.2021
A poster making competition was conducted on the topic ‘Be a part of solution; Not a part of pollution’ in connection with National Pollution Control Day by IIC of Little Flower College, Guruvayoor in collaboration with Dept. of Physics. 2 students participated in the competition. Best poster prize was given to Hridya A S of II B.Sc. Zoology.
IDEA COMPETITION
IN CONNECTION WITH NATIONAL POLLUTION DAY _02.12.2021
As a part of National Pollution Control Day, IIC of Little Flower College, Guruvayoor organised an idea or suggestion competition to reduce pollution. The suggestions of Hridya A S, II B.Sc. Zoology is selected as the best idea.

Ansa Abdul Offur (Creative head of Ansa’s crunch works) was the resource person for the webinar. 9 Faculty members and 66 students participated in the session.

6. Session on Achieving Problem- Solution Fit, Product-Market Fit”
The council decided to organise a Workshop on LED Bulb Making in connection with Energy Conservation Day, 7 December 2021 in Collaboration with Dept. of Physics.
WORKSHOP ON LED BULB MAKING: 10.12.2021 In Connection with Energy Conservation Day 2021
A workshop on LED bulb making was conducted on 10/12/2021 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm by IIC of Little Flower College, Guruvayoor in collaboration with Dept. of Physics in connection with Energy conservation day. 46 students participated in the workshop. Raw materials for the workshop were arranged by Dept. of Physics with the aid of management. Principal Dr. Valsa M A
inaugurated the workshop by giving a LED bulb kit to Niha Rose. Students actively participated in the workshop and made 24 LED bulbs in the workshop.The LED bulbs assembled by the students in the workshop were distributed among houses in Moopen Colony, Mammiyoor on 23/12/2021. Our students visited 44 houses in the colony and gave awareness about the
advantages of using LED bulbs.

PROBLEM SOLVING & IDEATION WORKSHOP”

Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Little Flower College Guruvayoor organized
“Problem Solving & Ideation Workshop” on Wednesday 23rd February 2022 at 07:30 pm.
Mr. Joseph A V, Director, AIM World Machineries Wayanad led the session. He explained about various problem identification & problem-solving methodologies and explained how feasible ideas can be sorted out for it. The session was so interesting and the workshop discussed various steps the speaker gone through while inventing and registering his new machinery with Kerala Start up Mission. He also explained about the steps to get the financial support from Government start up policies for the implementation of ideas. Participants interacted with various ideas of their own for problem solving. 7 faculty Members and 48
Students attended the session.
Objective of the programme
The objective of the programme is to discuss various Innovation methodologies that can be applied to a problem identified. To discuss how a framework can be applied to an idea conceived for the problem identified. To discuss hoe various tools can be identified and applied for the idea generated. The Workshop also focussed on motivating students to come up with Brain storming ideas for the problems to be tackled.

WORKSHOP ON “ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILL, ATTITUDE, AND BEHAVIORAL DEVELOPMENT”
ON 25.02.2022
On February 25/02/2022 at 7.30 PM the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) Little Flower College Guruvayoor Organized a Workshop on “Entrepreneurship skill, Attitude, and Behavioral Development" through Google meet. More than 50 students and all IIC faculty members attended the session. Dr. Ricky Jacob Founder TRDR Money was the resource person for that particular session. He explained the Skills and Attitude that required for an entrepreneur to have and discussed about how to develop these behaviors. The workshop was very effective and enthusiastic for students. Around 9.00 PM the workshop winded up.
